The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.
You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

If this is what he is like in a public tribunal, what on earth is he like when he thinks no one else can hear??

This.

Penguintears · 24/05/2022 12:54

Funny how he can remember some things in detail and no recollection of others.

Basically shouting hostilely that she was not out of favour while being incredibly hostile towards her. He can't help himself. Uncontrollable rage.

ifIwerenotanandroid · 24/05/2022 12:54

How will he be with JR?

chilling19 · 24/05/2022 12:55

ickky · 24/05/2022 12:54

BC finished with TWat, JR to cross.

👏👏👏

theemperorhasnoclothes · 24/05/2022 12:55

'Mantrum' 😂Yes, perfect.

He does remind me of toddlers I have know.

Cailleach1 · 24/05/2022 12:55

Signalbox · 24/05/2022 12:50

So many friends and so much vitriol.

With 'friends' like these ...

tabbycatstripy · 24/05/2022 12:55

The problem is, when there is a structural power dynamic in which some people are routinely ignored, “reply all” can feel like the only option.

theemperorhasnoclothes · 24/05/2022 12:56

known. Typing fail.

FingonTheValiant · 24/05/2022 12:56

He starts every reply with "no"...

FetchezLaVache · 24/05/2022 12:56

Pyjamagame · 24/05/2022 12:51

Very angry man. Who was the other witness who was almost threatening Ben?

I think it was Maya Sikand, who was, if anything, even angrier than TomW.

ickky · 24/05/2022 12:56

TW has a much softer tone with JR.

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 24/05/2022 12:56

Was anyone else watching the EJ as he said "she was not out of favour at any point."?

It was an expression worthy of Dame Maggie Smith at her most disdainful. I actually burst out laughing.

Ereshkigalangcleg · 24/05/2022 12:56

He keeps giving little micro-smiles. I don’t know if it’s nerves or enjoyment but it’s distracting.

I can't see him, but it's often a sign of "duper's delight" in psychological terms.

WildIris · 24/05/2022 12:56

ickky · 24/05/2022 12:54

BC finished with TWat, JR to cross.

😂

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 12:57

I'm detecting some resignation from AH. Do you think he thinks this is lost?

Eelicks · 24/05/2022 12:57

So, he gave the silly little women an opportunity to do lots of unpaid labour like writing training, articles and seminars for his team, on the vague hope they might get thrown some crumbs of the lucrative high value fraud work he does? Is that right? Then when AB dared push back he got angry at how ungrateful she was?

TheBiologyStupid · 24/05/2022 12:57

His memory has gone apart from the scripted line that the TRWG was nothing more than an inactive email group.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 24/05/2022 12:58

Break for lunch. Back at 14:00.

ickky · 24/05/2022 12:58

JR finished break until 2pm.

It's coming off the page in waves just how much GCC were/are absolutely furious and indignant that Allison dared to have a different view to them and dared to voice it.

BarryStir · 24/05/2022 12:58

EJ’s cat making an appearance at the end there

funnelfanjo · 24/05/2022 12:59

Cameo from EJG support cat! 😁

Helleofabore · 24/05/2022 12:59

Did we all see the cat?

Clymene · 24/05/2022 12:59

We saw EJ's cat! Siamese Smile

ifIwerenotanandroid · 24/05/2022 12:59

Did I just imagine seeing EJ's cat?
