The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

Oh my, he's literally swaggering in his seat!

Nice bit of explaining from BC then. It's a nice touch having the camera pointed so he's looking down. It comes in handy when he's patiently explaining to the witnesses how being a witness means that he asks the question and they answer them.

BC - Referring to 'the hug'

TW - Are you suggesting i made that up?

Can you imagine being on your own with this witness, he gets so angry at very little provocation.

BC is so calm.

The contrast between this odious little man's demeanour as a witness and Allison's is otherworldly.

He is really coming across as a my way or the highway type, clearly can't abide any questioning or criticism of his views or actions at all.

What a toe rag. One thing though, i do hate passive aggressive reply all e mail tactics. I pull it up, every single time, no matter who it comes from. Take them through the impact, question their intention. It is a shitty way to handle challenge.

If this is what he is like in a public tribunal, what on earth is he like when he thinks no one else can hear??

If a friend said something to me which seemed way off, I'd seek to understand her point of view, or ascertain if she'd misunderstood something.

I did it the other day with someone on twitter, who HAD misunderstood the flow of a converation. Everything was easily put right without rancour.

I'm slightly behind with this (but listening in) - he was angry that she was accusing him of 'white male privilege'.

He positively EXUDES white male privilege. EVERYONE sees it.

Also, hostility.

Quite.

Interesting timely cut to the judge while watching that last rant.

If you get an email from a "friend" that upsets you, isn't the normal reaction to address it off line rather than "slap her down" in a reply all email conversation?

Sorry, my train of thought now interrupted by the mantrum being thrown by TW, quite extraordinary language and conduct.

This guy is the definition of the word odious.
