Chrysanthemum5 · 23/05/2022 16:53

Seems to be maya is asking to publish parts

Chrysanthemum5 · 23/05/2022 16:54

Which is against the EJ order so is a waste of time

Chrysanthemum5 · 23/05/2022 16:54

And Otiose again!

ickky · 23/05/2022 16:54

Thank you @ickky - I have now got the bundle

Chrysanthemum5 · 23/05/2022 16:56

What is Maya playing at? The EJ was clear in her ruling

ickky · 23/05/2022 16:56

Poor EJ, she looks so pissed off.

No questions again from IO. IO/RW are on a good gig here.

Stonewall do seem to be slipping out the door.

I do hope not!

GCC seem to remaking such a pig's ear of it that I can see SW might just quietly fetch their coat a slope off carrying their shoes and "shushing" the dog, but I so hope that it can be shown that it was pressure rom SW that panicked all of these greedy ferociously intelligent highly educated people.

ickky · 23/05/2022 16:58

Starting 9.30am tomorrow.

Cismyfatarse · 23/05/2022 16:58

Maya? Forestater or a different one?

Appalonia · 23/05/2022 16:58

9.30 tomorrow

FacebookPhotos · 23/05/2022 16:58

What is the problem with publishing the currently non-downloadable, redacted bundle? Surely evidence in court is a matter of public record, and where that has the potential to cause harm to witnesses their names have been removed?

StrongOutspokenOftenIrritating · 23/05/2022 16:58

There was a point on the last thread about what happens if you ignore the ‘twitterstorm’.

Im inclined to suggest it blows itself out if you hold a firm reasonable line. That’s why they hate us here at mumsnet so much. We’re mothers. We know how to handle a toddler tantrum in public. You can’t embarrass us by shouting how uncool, unprogressive, and old we are; for we have raised teenagers. We hold safeguarding as sacred. And we know how to offer a helping hand when we see another woman struggling.

no wonder we terrify them.

TheBiologyStupid · 23/05/2022 16:59

9.30 tomorrow. A very heartfelt "It's been a long day" from EJ Goodman !

LipbalmOrKnickers · 23/05/2022 16:59

Chrysanthemum5 · 23/05/2022 16:54

And Otiose again!

Twice in one lifetime! We're spoilt. 😁

nauticant · 23/05/2022 16:59

As I understood the final part, Maya Forstater is making an application to the court for the restrictions on the non-downloadable core bundle to be varied and made more open. It was all done and dusted weeks back so its annoying everyone but in view of some of the startling positions held by some of the witnesses, and the fact that there'll be no transcript, one can see the value in it.

9.30 tomorrow

Both respondents do not want any verbatim reports or screenshots from the bundle or witness statements.

They said it was to mitigate any abuse, but I think it is to reduce exposure of the more extreme views that have been displayed.

Scorchedterf · 23/05/2022 17:04

I think that last to and fro re publishing the bundle, was maybe because IO deciding to get noticed, IO mentioned that Maya had received bundles., and then went on ask wether bundles could be published.

possibly hoping to conflate the two things in onlookers minds.

PrelateChuckles · 23/05/2022 17:05

I have stuff to do on Weds but I'm really going to try and tune in...

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 23/05/2022 17:07

I wonder what they’ve found in the bundle that they want to shine some sunshine on.

The two mentions of otiose are beginning to elide into one for me. Maybe I have just elided one from my memory.
