The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.
You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

Maybe he’s not scratching his arse. Might be stroking his support animal.

Support pinworms?

Allison - I am so sorry you had to put up with this. I hope you win and I hope a lot more people, especially barristers, start realising what a mess this ideology is and the homophobia and misogyny within it.

Gabcsika · 24/05/2022 12:24

You know, the attitude of guy reminds me of Russel T Davis. When he did that speech at that award ceremony.

FingonTheValiant · 24/05/2022 12:24

"I was travelling"

Mmmnotsure · 24/05/2022 12:24

Oxbridge was (is still, I presume) FULL of men like this.

I was on the beach - bingo card

"I was on the beach"
"I was on holiday"
LOLLLLLLLLL for the bingo card

Ameanstreakamilewide · 24/05/2022 12:24

I was on a weekend break....

Gabcsika · 24/05/2022 12:25

The same vitriol just under his breath...

TheBiologyStupid · 24/05/2022 12:25

Another one with a clear recollection when it suits him. And "Away" for the Bingo card, too.

tabbycatstripy · 24/05/2022 12:25

Russell T Davis was smashed when he gave that speech, wasn’t he? Like slow motion.

FingonTheValiant · 24/05/2022 12:25

Did she send that email on a bank holiday? They were all away.

Penguintears · 24/05/2022 12:25

Haha "I was on the beach so I didn't give it a great deal of thought".

It was a Friday. It was 1am. It was Christmas. I was busy. I was on the beach.

WookeyHole · 24/05/2022 12:25

Oof. Too busy and travelling.

MonkeypoxThread · 24/05/2022 12:26

tabbycatstripy · 24/05/2022 12:22

Maybe he’s not scratching his arse. Might be stroking his support animal.

What, that lives up his arse? Shock

Ameanstreakamilewide · 24/05/2022 12:26

TW - This issue is not my crusade and not my obsession.

BC - This was urgent in your mind. You said a response had to be published urgently.

tabbycatstripy · 24/05/2022 12:26

‘What, that lives up his arse?’

😭

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 24/05/2022 12:27

Surely none of this is helping GCC's case?
