The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

Oxford MA Jurisprudence - is that a full course or a Masters?

Could be duper's delight. I noticed too.

I've met men like this before.

Not sure about Jurisprudence but undergrad degrees at Oxford and Cambridge are MAs by default.

That's the second witness who's used that argument about what AB's 'meeting their match' in the tweet means (an argument which I disagree with).

It's a three year undergraduate degree. The MA is honorary for all Oxbridge BAs and is awarded 3 years after graduation.

Jurisprudence is what Oxford calls their law degree.

It's a standard undergraduate law degree from Oxford. After 10 years you get an automatic upgrade from BA to MA.
