The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

LD finessing her email from 30 October 2019 and saying that it was (mistakenly) to do with AB's tweet about the launch of the LGB Alliance. She's now given herself room to align herself more closely with the views of the other GCC witnesses.

I want to like Liz Davies and so far, so good. I came across her very slightly a very long time ago. She seemed a very decent person and I'm very relieved to see that she wrote to AB and to HoC to support her. If only Chambers had followed her suggested course of action.

Surely it's all public? Aren't they talking about notifications rather than who can see a tweet?

We had to distance ourselves from Allison because they were calling us transphobic. But there's nothing coercive about this movement.

But just because there is controversy that does not mean one side in that controversy is in the wrong or that their employer needs to ‘distance themselves’. All they needed to say was, ‘This is not for us to decide. It’s a free speech issue.’

Sometimes I wonder what would happen if people just ignored a "twitter storm". If ignored would it just blow over or would it really cause long term reputational damage?

The debate is toxic so we bowed to the toxic side
