Jess Bradley was elected as the first Trans NUS Officer in 2017. In this interview with HuffPost, Jess talks about "working to advocate for incarcerated trans people, as well as campaigning for transformative alternatives to prisons and detention centres."

Jess also refers to a female prison being the "right" prison for Tara Hudson (read about Tara's violent past here: thecritic.co.uk/keep-men-out-of-womens-prisons/ ).
Interviewed by Sky News here on the proposed GRA reform.
No proven threat to women if transwomen use our spaces. Our words are "violence" and Jess finds it all very frightening.
1.54: "I don't think there is such a thing as a real woman."
Jess was also a Director of Action for Trans Health and gave oral evidence to the parliamentary enquiry into the proposed GRA reform, being cited 7 times in the report.
ATH also appears to have had some influence over the NHS (outlined in The Times article linked below).
The article outlines some of ATH's crazy demands:
"ATH recently circulated a manifesto demanding “the total abolition of the clinic, of psychiatry and of the medical-industrial complex”. It says all NHS gender identity services must be closed and gender doctors and nurses expelled from the profession and replaced with sex-change “hormones and blockers made available over the counter and by free prescription upon request . . . at any age”."
"Written by Scottish ATH activists and tweeted from ATH’s central account, the manifesto also demands “an end to birth certificates and to legal gender” as they are “a violence against trans people” and “immediate release & pardon for all trans prisoners”. A “GP shitlist” of doctors “disrespectful” to trans people"
The article also talks about how Jess and ATH have excused the use of violence, and even said it is necessary.

Jess Bradley's (even) darker side was exposed in 2018. Jess was found to have been running a blog where they posted photos "...bragging about sexually harassing ("flashing") people and shares images sexualising schoolboys"
There were also allegations made of sexual assault and sexual harassment.
See these twitter threads for further details, if you can stomach them:

Jess was suspended from the NUS in July of that year.

The NUS was to run an "investigation" into Bradley's behaviour. As far as I am aware, to this day no action has been taken, or at least the NUS has not disclosed its findings (please correct me if I am wrong). There was also allegedly a criminal investigation?
In 2019, Eden Ladley was elected as the new NUS Trans Officer.
The following is an extract from a blog by Bradley's ex wife. (She is no friend of people she deems to be "terfs", and there are some falsehoods there about things "terfs" have supposedly done, but she at least sees this particular situation for what it is.):
"Jess’ partner, Rob Noon, who was NUS LGBT Officer (Open Place) at the time of the original scandal, was elected in February this year as the only NUS LGBT+ Officer following their structural shake-up.
I have subsequently found out that the new Trans Officer, who was also last year’s LGBT Officer (Women’s Place), is best friends with Jess and also sits on the committee for Action for Trans Health, which was a major grassroots campaign for trans health and has now functionally stopped operating but, over a year since Jess was accused of assaulting ATH members, mysteriously, if erratically, continues to generate and distribute funds to trans individuals for healthcare, merely without any pretence to democracy."

However, in a twist ending, the NUS axed its Trans and International officers as part of its cuts to avoid bankruptcy.

As for Jess Bradley? Well it's all gine very quiet. As has Jess....
I think I have captured all the salient points here, hopefully! I'll put up another post with links to the discussion threads on here.
