It’s never too late to make a change, to make a difference and feel confident in your body. To reach optimum health and vitality we need to focus not only on our food intake; but movement, mental health and sleep quality too!

Who doesn’t want to feel good and energetic as well looking great! Get on board to reset & refresh and become a healthier version of yourself.

These threads are for those who’d like to lose weight and those who wish to maintain whilst eating a healthy varied diet.

As no one size fits all, members need to follow their own way of eating. This thread aims to offer guidance, support and a bit of hand holding.

We generally have WOW (weigh on Wednesday) day each week. However post and share your progress as often or as little as you prefer. Do what works for you.

The important thing is not to think of it as a diet (based on deprivation and unsustainable) but more a way of life (sustainable & enjoyable).

I calorie count based on a lower carb Mediterranean diet. I intermittent fast and generally eat twice a day. Im a long time healthy eater and overall I’ve lost around 45lbs.

I’m maintaining at 9st 2lb but I would like to get back into the 8’s 🤞

Good luck wowers and happy October.

I’ve maintained this week. Pleased with today’s weight considering I had pizza and icecream yesterday.

September has been a shocker of a month for me. I’m looking forward to October being calmer.

Plan for the month is to maintain my weight. Exercise to improve my health and strength. Eat within my calorie goal including nutritious foods wherever possible. Get outside as much as possible.

A quarter of a pound loss this week. It just feels so slow but à loss is a loss. Need to be more precise tracking I think. Hope I can keep the lunch time walks up now it is October. Pilates class tonight.

On paper, it doesn't look great...just 3lbs down in 4 months, but I've had 2 holidays and I've been trying to lose it in a way that's sustainable for me and that's a learning curve so 🤷🏻‍♀️

Good luck today everyone. I was going to go out running, but my mum wants to go for a brew so I'm going to do that instead 😬 I might go later. I will see how I'm feeling and what time we get back.
