and I don't know why I am. I don't have a clue who I am or how I am. I feel just awful, but can't describe it. I am not a real person.

Ahh thats nice re cousins. Prehaps but I don't think you think that. Hav faith, we are here.

Bossybritches22 · 21/12/2011 23:37

You just sound a bit confused, & possibly very tired?

Are the meds making you feel a bit spaced-out?

mosp · 21/12/2011 23:39

I'm really wide awake. can't be meds. they are actually much more effective than the citalopram was. not been popping the diazepam nearly so much since starting on sertraline.

OP posts:
mosp · 21/12/2011 23:40

so I'm stuck.

i don't know what is true or not

i don't know who i am

i don't dare tell anyone what started this

you'll all just go away because i'm not being helpful

OP posts:
Bossybritches22 · 21/12/2011 23:41

well that's good then if you're cutting back on the diazepam. do you feel different now on the sertraline, compared to the citalopram?

sweetsantababy · 21/12/2011 23:41

mosp i'm here

pinkyp · 21/12/2011 23:41

They might be causing you to feel a bit out of it? Have you been on them a while? Your body could be adjusting

Bossybritches22 · 21/12/2011 23:42

takes more than that to scare me off mosp!! Smile

Catsdontcare · 21/12/2011 23:42

There is always someone here. Take your time.

sweetsantababy · 21/12/2011 23:42

2nd change of meds spacng you out.

Bossybritches22 · 21/12/2011 23:43

Try telling us what did start all this if you can, has something extra happened?

pinkyp · 21/12/2011 23:43

I'm still here too. We don't have to talk about you if you prefer? You don't have to say what's causing you to feel like this if you don't want to but if you do that's fine too.

cakeoholic · 21/12/2011 23:43

Can you tell us one thing that is true and real that you know? And we can build from there

mosp · 21/12/2011 23:44

been on sertraline quite a few weeks now. it's not the meds. i wish i could discover the truth. who am i? what has happened really? why don't i ever find myself in the textbooks?

OP posts:
mosp · 21/12/2011 23:45

it's true that I'm a Christian. that is all i know for sure

OP posts:
mosp · 21/12/2011 23:46

I need someone to work out what is going wrong, or tell me that nothing is wrong and I should snap out of it

OP posts:
Bossybritches22 · 21/12/2011 23:47

ok so that's a good start.

The textbooks are about things that happen most often (in mental health cases) and most commonly effective ways of dealing with them.

But we are all individuals so our illnesses will also be individual & not always fit the text book. No less real however.

mosp · 21/12/2011 23:48

so I can't be cured :(

OP posts:
mosp · 21/12/2011 23:48

OP posts:
mosp · 21/12/2011 23:51
