and I don't know why I am. I don't have a clue who I am or how I am. I feel just awful, but can't describe it. I am not a real person.

I'm not real. Don't tell me I'm real. Mental Health Nurse told me the other day that I was talking 'normally'. I didn't feel it. Just autopilot.

since being told it is not safe to talk, I've been suffering inwardly, scared of talking. so, can't risk anything. I can't even tell you why because I don't know. that is what I was told, so I just believe it.

It's safe to talk on here, we don't know who you are so can't tell anyone or report you or whatever it is your scared of. Who told you it wasn't safe to talk?

mosp you are not talking you are writing so its ok to write what you want.You are unwell at the moment but will be better soon,who are you with at the moment?Tell us how you feel now.
