It was obvious the kind of person MW was when MW applied for the job. Aside from the obvious, MW had, at that point, been CEO of a similar service in Forth Valley for about five minutes, and certainly not long enough to have properly given more than taken. Sometimes the right opportunity (not saying it was actually the right opportunity for MW but presume MW thought so) comes up at the wrong time and you need to let it go. You see a lot of these flaky, overly self-interested CEOs in the sector, generally easily identified by their spending more time at conferences and award ceremonies than doing their actual jobs.

God this is pure gaslighting, this incredibly reasonable woman trying to respond to a service user's genuine concerns sensitively and sensibly contacts a colleague to ask for guidance and is absolutely pilloried for it.

Not sure about Scotland. In E&W the evidence 'bundle' is available in the hard copy in the tribunal room. Often binders and binders of it. I think the 'bundle' in Mermaids vs LGBA was in boxes and was rolled in and out on a little trolley of its own. This is as much use as a chocolate teapot when live tweeting because you couldn't possibly look at stuff AND tweet. And when court is not in session everyone is kicked out of the room.
So yes 'available' but not accesible.
