trying to make sense of is this

  1. outsource thinking, you will be told what to think by the experts and download unthinkingly to repeat as instructed (which seems to fit)

  2. quite staggeringly not bright

  3. desperation to fudge bloody awful can she's been left to carry largely because of 1.

Witness - I believe candid information is shared with service users but we can't share gender or medical history.
NC- But that's just telling them how they currently identify.

They can't bloody select their counsellor if they don't know their sex ahead of time.

I have zero sympathy. They would have had the responsibilities of the role set out clearly. Key point of being a Board member is that you are there to question and hold to account, not just go along with any old shit the org wants to do.

Along the lines of if the service user does not know sex ahead of time you risk retraumatising them and breaking their trust. They cannot make a decision with informed consent. You know they think male means XY chromosomes, not gender. So you're lying saying the centre doesn't employ any men because it does the CEO.

I wonder how people reconcile their conscience and moral compass with this. In the same way as prison personnel are expected to lie to/gaslight women who think they're in single sex prisons and have no means of escaping their environment?

Mridul Wadhwa's wikipedia entry continues to be one sided, with pages on supposed harassment but nothing on their abuse of trauma victims. The page is rewritten by TRAs every time anyone adds any critical information, it is truly biased and misrepresentative - as well as being the first thing people see when they google the name.
