Well they're already retraumatised at that point aren't they. If you're expecting a woman, have been raped by a man and walk into a room where there's a man when you've been told there's no men there, that's abuse. It's abuse, the trust is broken, they can't trust that rape crisis centre and the rape crisis centre is not fit for purpose (or public money).
