The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

This is what I can't understand. Why would an intelligent woman buy into this very odd belief system?

Seems like this witness just wanted to state her credentials as a trans ally, with no reference how this would impact the case.

So, when are they going to quantify what they mean by harm? What data are they using? If it's non-crime hate incidences we all know that is nonsense. And the suicide stats are bollocks. So what are we left with? Hurt feelings. Boo Hoo.

BTW, as a lurker of the last few days... I didn't interpret the long imagined post with Mrs Ben when BC gets home/logs off as a heteronormative fantasy/assumption.

I assumed the Mrs Ben in question was his mum.

That is exactly as I read it. The tribunal can then reflect on whether someone like LoHo would ever act in a way that is prejudicial to AB because of the conflict in their views.
