The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

Yes, I am also distracted by the support solicitor's very visible 'tongue in cheek' at frequent intervals. An unfortunate habit.

From what I've read best practice is to have one employer side expert and one employee side expert. We've all assumed that Bob Hoskins Martin Reuby is the employee side expert so she must be the employer side expert.

Ah I had misunderstood - Shann Knan is not a stonewall employee

Support lawyer looks thoroughly bored (a repeat of how support lawyer looked through KM's evidence)

AH trying to distance SK from Michelle Brewer. Basically saying they barely knew each other and now rubbishing the evidence due to date mistakes of when they are meant to have spoken.

So presenting SK as an unreliable witness. I wonder if these witnesses understand that AH and JR are not on their side

Ach, I just don't get it ... When women talk about their actual vulnerability, we are accused of "weaponising" our discrimination.
