The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

I think ickky is an insider. Maybe a junior counsel HmmWink

I can confirm, I am not a secret squirrel. 😅

Everyone should be in now. Judge back.

Why is IO always a million miles away? It's totally unnecessary and clearly devious and tactical. I can't bear all her ridiculous tactics.

The tech for this Tribunal is all shades of crap.

It really is.

nauticant · 16/05/2022 14:15

Re-examination of SK by AH to start to moderate some of the statements SK made that were helpful to AB's case.

SpindleInTheWind · 16/05/2022 14:16

Who is the third tribunal panel member, anyone know? (i.e. the one who isn't the EJ or Martin Reuby)

CriticalCondition · 16/05/2022 14:17

ickky · 16/05/2022 13:58

😅

Yes they have resting gape face.

Yes, I am also distracted by the support solicitor's very visible 'tongue in cheek' at frequent intervals. An unfortunate habit.

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 16/05/2022 14:20

And that's right isn't it Mr Knan?

I thought blatant leading questions like that weren't allowed.

From what I've read best practice is to have one employer side expert and one employee side expert. We've all assumed that Bob Hoskins Martin Reuby is the employee side expert so she must be the employer side expert.

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/05/2022 14:21

Ah I had misunderstood - Shann Knan is not a stonewall employee

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/05/2022 14:22

I keep thinking of those statues on Easter Island!

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/05/2022 14:23

Support lawyer looks thoroughly bored (a repeat of how support lawyer looked through KM's evidence)

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 16/05/2022 14:23

AH trying to distance SK from Michelle Brewer. Basically saying they barely knew each other and now rubbishing the evidence due to date mistakes of when they are meant to have spoken.

Chrysanthemum5 · 16/05/2022 14:25

So presenting SK as an unreliable witness. I wonder if these witnesses understand that AH and JR are not on their side

Zofia Darmas

I believe they are being kind to SK because of his adjustments

But this is someone who boasted on The Apprentice that they were better than everyone else at business, because they were intelligent and so on ... Are they suddenly vulnerable Is this the effect of working for STonewall?

Ach, I just don't get it ... When women talk about their actual vulnerability, we are accused of "weaponising" our discrimination.

Mochudubh · 16/05/2022 14:26

I'm not following live, is there anyone on here that could do some nice Julia Quenzler style pastel sketches of the proceedings?

nauticant · 16/05/2022 14:26

Third member of the ET panel: Zofia Darmas.

Different witnesses. Sanjay Sood Smith was this morning. This afternoon is Shaan Knan who is clearly in need of reasonable adjustments.

Clymene · 16/05/2022 14:27

Shaan is an accomplished public speaker

tabbycatstripy · 16/05/2022 14:27

AH saying SK contacted MB and not the other way round.

SK says that’s possible.

nauticant · 16/05/2022 14:28

AH having to heavily massage SK's evidence, claiming he got plenty wrong, particularly things out of chronological order.

Exactly - I wonder why none of them cared at all about Allison and whether she (as a member of multiple marginalised groups) might feel vulnerable

Not on today's evidence.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/05/2022 14:29

I doubt it, Chrys - if they need someone to assist them in this fashion, then they may not know who's truly in their corner here.

ExMachinaDeus · 16/05/2022 14:31

oops sorry ignore me, this is a different SSK ...
