The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

[email protected]

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

Why can't the witness read it for himself??

It all sounds like one giant piss take to me.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 16/05/2022 11:25

Yet again Stonewall's counsel "forget" that there is someone else in the room.

ickky · 16/05/2022 11:25

Yet another surprise supporter.

He has a 'support' person...the instructing solicitor for SW.

tabbycatstripy · 16/05/2022 11:27

I only just understood the name “Nauticant”. 😂

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/05/2022 11:27

Pronouns in his Witness Statement...i mean, really. 🤨

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 16/05/2022 11:28

Someone has now 'lol'ed in the chat box.

MsMarvellous · 16/05/2022 11:29

Why the special coloured paper when he's not being expected to read anything?

tabbycatstripy · 16/05/2022 11:29

SK statement confirms SK (at least) considered GCC to be an organisation that promotes the rights of trans people (a ‘trans-allied’ organisation).

nauticant · 16/05/2022 11:29

Surely like me, everyone else reads my name as to do with seafaring matters tabbycatstripy?

Saying that, appointments with the NHS are like gold dust and often a year waiting. Still, they should at least be contactable.

Yeah, I did think that. If it is a medical appointment, which obviously I've no idea about, I'd be disinclined to give it up at the moment. That part is pretty understandable to me, it's the rest of the massively unprofessional conduct we've seen throughout this case that's the problem.

See my post in the previous thread.

All sorts of conditions have difficulty with reading and coloured paper can help.

And giving evidence requires LOADS of reading!

ickky · 16/05/2022 11:25

Yet another surprise supporter.

Yet more proof, if any were needed, that Stonewall believe the Law and Court procedure doesn't apply to them, this is not just going beyond the Law this is Stonewall total contempt for the Law.

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/05/2022 11:32

BC's been set up for constant interruptions and criticism...

DifficultBloodyWoman · 16/05/2022 11:33

nauticant · 16/05/2022 11:29

Surely like me, everyone else reads my name as to do with seafaring matters tabbycatstripy?

Well, I certainly did and now I am wracking my brain for slightly shady alternatives.

Please could someone explain how ‘Nauticant’ could be, ahem, ‘misinterpreted’? Thank you.

CatsOperatingInGangs · 16/05/2022 11:33

I have so much to say about SK and the assistant but it would not be in the spirit so I shall sit on my hands.

nauticant · 16/05/2022 11:33

Just to be clear, Knan is not and has not been an employee of Stonewall. It's about Knan working for the LGBT Consortium.

tabbycatstripy · 16/05/2022 11:34

I thought it was all about the nautical as well! Clearly very inappropriate. 😂

Coatandhat · 16/05/2022 11:34

Mr Knan is even smaller than tiny Arty on The Mess We're In. I can barely see him.

Williamshatnershorses · 16/05/2022 11:34

tabbycatstripy · 16/05/2022 11:27

I only just understood the name “Nauticant”. 😂

Same…🤦‍♀️

NoImAVeronica · 16/05/2022 11:34

Imagine Bob Hoskins saying it. Or indeed Martin Reuby... 😉

Ameanstreakamilewide · 16/05/2022 11:34

Me too, Cat!

I don't fancy a bollocking from MN, so i'll keep my powder dry.

tabbycatstripy · 16/05/2022 11:34

Also sitting on my hands quite a bit.

Pluvia · 16/05/2022 11:34

ThisSeemsSilly · 16/05/2022 11:15

Garden Court Chambers must be agog and worried that these incompetents are going to drag them down. How they must rue the day.

Stonewall used to be very tightly run by people of some integrity. It's unrecognisable now.
