The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

why are all the Stonewall staff and witnesses so very far away from the cameras? Is it becase the court provides no filters?

its nice to see GC & Stonewall pecking away at each other.

AH not being as nice as BC. He clearly isn’t able to reign in his ferocious cross examination persona. He’s going in for the kill whereas Ben did it in a much gentler way.

Kudos to SK here, resisting AH's attempts to lead SK through the documents in order to get SK to now give testimony contradicting what SK had said before lunch, and sticking with "I can't remember" when SK can't confirm what AH is asserting.

Hochauser's style is very uncomfortable to watch with this witness even though he's not going full tilt.

Why does AH keep asking if they remember? Clearly they don't.

I think AH is not being as nice as BC to SK. He sounds a bit annoyed.

Wow AH is really letting SK have the full force of his QC personality! I'm surprised someone who needs help to find pages is supposed to cope with AH's jumping between things like this

Interesting that BC is remaining silent during this re-examination where AH seems to be pressing SK to remember things that SK simply doesn't remember.

I wonder if it's counterproductive with the witness as well as with the optics, SK was very happy to agree with things at first and it seems like now he's become cautious and he's not committing to anything

AH is reading from her witness statement so presumably she will be giving evidence.

In case it isn't clear, what AH is trying to do here is to massage SK's testimony to creative a version in which Michelle Brewer was being led in the campaign she was involved in in GCC against AB, rather than being the instigator.

I had assumed it was something to do with sailing - then I said it aloud 🤣

AH tactic is just to make SK seem unreliable. I wish he’d be nicer about it.

AH from GCC treating SK like a hostile witness.

Desperately trying to distance MB from SK and making out any contact between them was from SK being persistent.

AH really not coming across well.

I don't think Stonewall have fully appreciated that GCC are only looking out for themselves.

Michelle Brewer has clearly given an extensive witness statement because Mr Hochhauser is referring to and quoting parts of it. So they are relying on her evidence. Even if GCC don't want to call her to the stand, does anyone know if she has to appear if the non GCC parties want to cross examine her on her evidence?

I'm getting vague flashbacks from god knows which TV courtroom dramas, and expecting to hear "objection Your Honor- leading the witness!!!!"
