The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

It is interesting that we yet again have a vulnerable transman giving evidence in this court case.

We rarely see/hear from transmen in other areas like sports, awards, news, unless they are giving birth! I hope they are being properly supported outside the courtroom.

I find it far too distracting when I'm working because it affects my womanly emotions far too much. Like I get that squiggle brain thing from the Harry Enfield sketch.

I was finding the slightly unfortunate habit the page turner has of sitting open mouthed quite distracting. I kept wondering if I had missed something shocking.

I just had a good old google of that person and watched a YouTube video. Seemed perfectly confident and assertive in that. Females give evidence in court all the time without support. Who’s narrative benefits from making all the trans people seem vulnerable to the extreme? Cynical and manipulative.

How can you see how many waiting? I have the waiting for the conference host to join man.

Yes, I've also watched a video of this person in which they give a very assured, confident and articulate performance in front of a camera.

Trans ally barristers at Garden Court Chambers are meeting Head of Chambers on Monday, hoping to take formal action against barrister Allison Bailey who has posted anti trans messages on social media in her barrister capacity (Pro LGB Alliance launch etc). We need messages of support for our friends there eg Michelle Brewer. Alex Sharpe. Pls read on The Wall.

Let's not let Bailey get away with it!”

I am in the hearing, about 20 people in here, it says on screen how many waiting in the lobby 180 now waiting.

If you have a look at Vicarious Liability under English law you'll see that the liability of an employer for the acts of an employee are not super-narrow:
