What is he arguing with the EJ about? Is this the GCC guy?

it sounds like AH is a little rattled if he is intervening a lot.

BridasShieldWall · 17/05/2022 10:34

X post. Thanks

Signalbox · 17/05/2022 10:35

RM is annoying. The tribunal know the question is "why" that is what they are deciding in this case.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 17/05/2022 10:36

AH wanted RM to be allowed to ramble on without answering the specific question.

oviraptor21 · 17/05/2022 10:38

HairyBum · 17/05/2022 10:28

whats he saying to EJ

I couldn't hear as he was talking across BC.

oviraptor21 · 17/05/2022 10:40

Apologies - that was re. AH and I disagree has clarified

IDidntKnowItWasAParty · 17/05/2022 10:46

(The lighting makes it difficult to tell, but on my screen it looks like RM is wearing a blue-and-pink striped tie. Mr Lue definitely wore one when he gave his evidence.)

RocketPanda · 17/05/2022 10:48

I'm in the office today so can't log on. I'll be relying on you all for summaries.

Manderleyagain · 17/05/2022 10:50

Can anyone who listened yesterday add to what was said about Lucy Masoud? I couldn't quite tell from TT. I know SW said she was problematic & trznsphobic when they were talking to the fire brigade (or the union?). Was it implied that they had a file on her?

tabbycatstripy · 17/05/2022 10:51

Now he’s arguing there are ‘consequences’ to refusing to accept junior work. As if AB isn’t entitled to be adequately clerked.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 17/05/2022 10:55

I think it's pink with grey diagonal stripes

MsMarvellous · 17/05/2022 10:55

I can't watch but I used to do barrister billing and diary management so if anyone has questions about practicalities just ask!

Ameanstreakamilewide · 17/05/2022 10:59

He's awfully defensive, i must say!

ickky · 17/05/2022 10:59

AH objecting again about dates, EJ tells him to save it for cross. 😅

TastefulRainbowUnicorn · 17/05/2022 11:01

I looked at his evidence on this yesterday and it all seemed very convincing on paper. Sounds like it’s not holding up so well under cross-examination? Good.

Still, I don’t envy the EJ having to wade through all the complexities of this and decide whose account is more plausible. I hope BC somehow makes it easy for her.

User237845 · 17/05/2022 11:01

Has anyone else just got a black screen? It has been working for me all morning but suddenly gone black and no sound but with all the names still up. Have logged out and retried and still black. Chrome on laptop.

IdisagreeMrHochhauser · 17/05/2022 11:02

They're still maintaining that Allison took 5-6 months off work and that's why her income was lower.

Do RM's arguments seem persuasive to you?

Sorry I forgot you aren't watching :D

ickky · 17/05/2022 11:06

RW complained about the user name "problematic Lucy Masoud" EJ disagreed.

OP posts:
nauticant · 17/05/2022 11:08

It seems that junior counsel for Stonewall complained that Lucy Masoud using "problematic" in her sign-in name was harassment, but EJ was having none of it.

Probably because Lucy had simply adopted what the evidence yesterday showed Lucy Masoud had been called from the Stonewall direction.
