The Tribunal started on 25th April at 10am. If you would like to view online you need to send a request for access as early as possible.

Send an email to

The subject heading of the email request should read

“MEDIA OR PUBLIC ACCESS REQUEST – Case number 2202172/2020 - Ms A Bailey – 25th April 2022.

Then ask for the pin for the online access.

You will be contacted with instructions on how to observe the hearing.

When joining the live tribunal please choose a non inflammatory/offensive name, everyone can see it in the chat - This is a court room, please behave accordingly.

The court chat function is there for official court purposes, not for observers, please don't use it unless you have a technical issue.

On the first page underneath where you put your screen name, select the video and mic that are not crossed out (top option), this is the courts vid and mic.
On the next page select NONE on the drop down windows for vid and mic, these are your own video and mic.

You must be muted so as to not disturb the hearing.

Very dangerous to rely on billing - yes for GGC.

Get the impression that looking at billing reports isn't his forte.

This is deep in the detail (of billing) and I can't see how much I'll be able to follow it.

Can anyone give me any tech help?? I’ve got a log in and tried multiple times to get in but I’ve got no picture or sound though my name appears in the list on the list on the left.
Am using the direct link from the email I got.

I think we'd need to see the evidence to follow it properly. I'm trying to work and just listen so I'm not opening the documents.

Are you using Google chrome?

Are you on a phone or laptop as I couldn't get anything on a phone yesterday?

If on a laptop make sure you don't select any options on the first screen as if you turn camera or audio off there you won't get the video or audio feed from the tribunal.

What are you using to log in?

I’ve been going into settings to try to set camera and mic to default but they keep changing themselves back to “none”

That is your own video and mic, these should be set to none, so the tribunal can't see or hear you.

The settings on the first page should have the icons for the vid and mic NOT crossed out, these are the Tribunals vid and mic.

He’s actually going with ‘astonishing bad luck’ and now he’s arguing with the EJ.

Think people are struggling to get in on apple devices.

I think someone said yesterday that you could only get audio by having your own camera and mic on and then quickly turning it off when you get in.

I think this is a bit cheeky and wont go in GCC favour.

My MacBook has been working perfectly but couldn't get any picture or sound yesterday on my iPhone even though it was showing as receiving both audio and video data, I only had a black screen.

Ok that makes sense re none for my camera/mic - I’m not seeing the first page you mention though!

It is the page that first appears when you click the link from the email, under where you put your name.

He’s arguing that she had very good luck and then very bad luck, and all of this is just a coincidence.

The EJ asked him to focus on BC questions, and he replied (very testily), “I am focusing on his questions.”

EJ asked RM to answer BC's question and he replied I am answering the question madam. He sounded a bit testy.

I get the broad points being made but I'm afraid I'm zoning out on the slicing and dicing of dry figures. Not my area.

I think a support robin has joined BC's support wren.
