Anyone starting next week want to keep company?

I know there are some bigger threads for August starters but if anyone starting next week wants to keep company please join me.
Starting with Juniper next week.
not going to get on the scales till the day it arrives as it will be too depressing just now.
tried for 2 years to shift weight- managed 12 weeks of no sugary treats and lost 3lbs!
im excited to see weight loss and nervous about the side effects

At been ok, although I really have upped my water intake. Not really felt much difference really, I don’t think I’ll feel that way I felt at the beginning when I couldn’t have jammed anymore good on my mouth if I tried 🤣

I’m almost at my goal weight- so pleased.
the last bit of weight has come off so slowly but it’s still coming. I’m still on 1mg wegovy and don’t think I need to increase my dose.

I've just hit a 2 stone loss at 26 weeks. Stayed on the lowest dose until a fortnight ago as I'd plateaud for over a month. Very, very pleased.

Well done!! I’m on new antidepressants and a side effect is weight gain. Only been on them a week and I have gained a couple of pounds, I’d hoped to lose another 1/2 stone before summer.

Staying on 2.5mg as 5mg made me feel sick.
