L - turkey, 1 roast potato, broccoli, carrot & swede, cabbage, small piece of Yorkshire pudding and gravy, followed by a small slice of mango cheesecake and raspberries.

Over eaten today. I’m on 12.5 and have lost all the weight I want to. The trouble with being a low weight though is bloody maintenance calories are not a whole lot!
Didn’t have breakfast
lunch- 6 crackers, a small wedge of pate, about 20grams of cheese and a tablespoon of chutney, three Cadbury roses.
tea - buffet, 1 mini sausage roll, 4 mushroom vol-au-vents, 2 crackers, a small piece of cheese, chutney, a bit of pasta salad, and a small piece of cake with a bit of cream for after. Feel horrible now

B - nothing, felt awful after yesterday's chocolate fest.
L - 3 digestive biscuits for cheese, celery, carrots, low fat humous, 100g emmental,some cooked chicken.
D - some cooked ham, apple, a baby bel, more emmental, 3 oatcakes and a protein shake.
S- couple of dates, prunes and almonds.
Drinks - sugar free squash, tea.

Not my healthiest day but better than any Boxing Day ever before.

No Breakfast, just 2 coffees.
Shared a portion of fish and chips with my DH at the races today - first takeaway type meal I've had in 6 months since starting MJ.
Dinner, a small white roll with gammon and mustard, ate the gammon, left half the roll. A dollop of coleslaw and 3 tiny beetroots. A mini trifle dessert.

First 10mg dose tomorrow so my supression should definitely improve. I've got 3/4 of a stone to lose to reach my target.

Oven-baked fish with homemade hash browns (hidden veg - sweet potato and onions). (Half portion)
Granola with dark chocolate shavings (Half portion).

Had a banana, a boiled egg, tea with 1 hobnob so far. Will have some grilled chicken and veg for dinner, very small portion as I feel sickly

What protein shakes/brand do ppl recommend ?

B- fat free Greek yogurt with raspberries and a tiny bit of granola
D- a poppadom, mint yogurt, quarter of a sheek kebab, two grilled prawns and some salad.

Getting back on it after a couple of more relaxed days.

D - cherry crumble and custard

Not a good day and tomorrow won't be great either. Back on it on Sunday.

Day2- sickly feeling has gone. I never ate breakfast before MJ. So I'm not eating breakfast.
Iv just had pilau rice with curry but not like I'd normally eat, I would normally just keep eating and not because I'm hungry. I could have some bites of a nice choc cake now though. Il probably have some fruit and yoghurt later on and that's me done for the day

D - falafels, salad and some rice
snacks - planning on having some quality street later or a mini mince pie
