Today - day 6
B: scrambled egg and feta
L: olives, wedge of bread with marmite butter, smoked sirloin, long stem broccoli, creamed spinach
Usual supplements etc, green tea, 2 litres of water, 4 celebrations, 2 easy peeler oranges, 3 glasses of wine
