D - rubbish dinner, out late so had some Greek yoghurt and berries

Not my best day to put my first entry on this thread - normally eat much better than this. 1616Kcal, 103.7g protein

B- Aldi Proten Bar (not ideal but I needed something I could eat when on a work zoom call)
L - 4 egg omlette with feta cheese, 2 Gingerbread men biscuits
D - Fish cake, small baked potato and steamed brocolli
S - 2 Quality Street Chocolates; Clear Protein Drink, Chocolate Mallow Bar, 30g prunes (giving them a try to see if they get things moving)

L: smoked mackerel, bean salad
S: 2 easy peeler oranges, 3 more chocolate robins

I'm feeling the twinges of constipation today, I really hope I'm wrong. I'm very prone to haemorrhoids so live in fear of constipation!

Late Breakfast poached egg. With 2 slices of smoked salmon on half slice of buttered toast. Ate nearly all.

Home made bolognaise. Just onions tomatoes 5% fat beef mince, fresh herbs and beef stock cube. (No sugar as no tinned tomatoes used) Popped into a small soft tortilla . Ate 3/4.

Thanks @IReallyNeedThisToWork for continuing this. I started 1st December and had lost 7lb in first 2 weeks. But just back from 2 nights in York and was out of routine. Didn't drink much water as not wanting to have to keep finding loos when out! Still not much appetite but probably drank more wine! Glad to get back into routine! Plans for today

L. Meeting friend at cafe. Soup I think
D. Small portion chicken risotto

Struggling with constipation like many others, might account for the pound I seem to have gained, despite 20k steps each day!

L - small bowl porridge and apple
S - protein yoghurt
D - roast chicken, veg and couple of potatoes
S - a few celebration chocs

this is day 1 for me, I took the 1st dose last night. I don’t feel a huge amount of suppression of my appetite but felt able to stop when I was full, as a binge eater this is good news!
