D - one mini party size m&s steak pie, roast brussels, mashed carrot and swede and veg gravy.
snack - 1 shortbread biscuit, 1 Elizabeth shaw mint

2 litres water and 2 coffees

Dinner
2 salmon fillets
1 courgette, 1 red pepper and 5 cherry tomatoes air fried with olive oil and a little S&P

Just found this new thread so hope you don't mind me joining again. If anything it's good to read to get ideas for meals. I'm so basic and really need to branch out this year.

Had bad IBS this morning/ this afternoon so just drank water, and took some pills. It eased off so i had comfort food for tea - fish fingers, a spoonful of mash and beans with the kids. That's all I have eaten and I'm still feeling peckish now but can't be bothered making anything and the only 'grab' food is unhealthy snacks so I'll stay out of the kitchen.

I gained 3lb last Friday but lost 7lb today. I don’t think I did actually gain that much last week really.

Yesterday-

B- omelette, veg cruditƩs, hummus.

L- full fat Greek yoghurt, berries, scattering flaked almonds, drizzle honey.

D- Nandos grilled chicken burger, halloumi, brocoli.

S- 1 chocolate ginger biscuit.

Under the cosh with a heavy cold right now and injection day yesterday too, so a slightly higher appetite. Fine by me - body needs nourishment so that's what it gets.

Following along for ideas as I just started today.

So far I've had greek yoghurt with honey and some Jordans crisp sprinkled on top.
2 oatcakes with hummus and tomato, square of cheese and a kiwi. I am feeling very hungry, but obviously it's not going to work this quickly!!! I still want to make good choices.

Dinner will be meatball subs (ds request) I think I will have mine pasta instead and made with low fat mince.

D - 5/6 meatballs, 100g spaghetti, tomato based sauce

Snack - handful of mixed fruit & nut.

2 pints of dilute juice / several cups of tea (milk no sugar).

L - had a kids party at my house so ate 1 slice of margerita pizza and some cheese sable biscuits

D - garlic chicken with peppers and onions and a spoonful of mash. Was delish!

Snacks - kitkat

Water 1.5l and a Pepsi max

Not been in here for a while as my meals all got a bit samey. I aim for 1600 cals a day but today I went way over, mainly because I have had a very active day and burnt 1900 cals.

B - protein bar, electrolytes, collagen coffee

L- sourdough toast with dressed rocket, avocado and cherry toms with halloumi

D- teriyaki noddles and chicken

Snacks - Apple, punnet of cherries, fridge raiders, forest feast peppermint and dark chocolate almonds

Lots of water

L - about 4 bites out of a cheese salad baguette. Way too much bread.
D - chicken dinner without potatoes but did have a Yorkshire pudding!

Snacks - 1 piece of Terry's choc orange.

Lots of water and 2 glasses of Pepsi max

Late lunch - two homemade mini sausage rolls, homemade oven chips, baked beans
early evening- 2 mini mince pies with some ice cream.
snack - handful of crisps
2 litres water, 2 coffees

looking forward to going back to work tomorrow after a long break and getting back into my usual routine

dinner - roast chicken, 2 roast potatoes,
carrots and cabbage.

been a bit shit but looking forward to normality resuming from tomorrow onwards. Back to the school and work routine.
