W12 D3 5mg

B Slice of toast with scrambled egg and tomato.

L Nothing

D KFC style chicken mini fillets with chips, corn on the cob and beans. Hardly managed any of it before I was too full.

S Protein yoghurt.

So then, Olives and feta cheese cubes. Glass of wine. Then 1/2 a steak, 2 roast potatoes, peas and sweet potato fries. Two scoops raspberry sorbet.

*Realise I need some more easily available, quickly prepared food. When I’m hungry and tired I can’t wait to be cooking from scratch.

L - protein shake

D - chicken, courgette and asparagus risotto

S - mini packet of skittles. Feeling very lightheaded after my first 5mg jab and just needed some sugar.

L...itsu chicken gyoza x 6. Packet of quavers. Apple cereal bar.

D... spaghetti and meatballs (homemade) and a side salad.

L: Leftover fish pie

D: Beef stew with a slice of sourdough bread. Fancied a dessert tonight so had Greek yogurt, honey and raspberries.

Snacks: Chocolate digestive, pineapple

Drinks: Water, electrolytes, coffee, tea

B Bacon, egg and tomato cob from a food van as we were out. Ate all the filling but didn’t manage the bread.

L Nothing.

D Jacket potato with cheese, tuna mayo and salad. Didn’t manage much potato.

B: 2 sausages, slice of bacon, fried egg, mushrooms, baked beans,1/2 slice of black pudding, slice of toast
D: peppered smoked mackerel fillet, cowboy caviar, strawberries
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, elderflower cordial, Pukka night time tea

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
L: shared a baked Camembert and flatbreads, strawberries
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, g&t, large glass of wine, lime and soda, CBD drink, Pukka night time tea (later!)

bit of a weird day - first time being out for lunch since being on MJ and really didn’t fancy anything! Ended up picking at nachos and felt bloated after.
