B: 2 slices of buttered toast and a coffee

L: Chicken wrap from Tesco

D: Protein yogurt with frozen fruits and granola

Snacks: 2 x rice cakes and a few mini eggs

Drinks: Water, electrolytes, coffee, peppermint tea

Again, not the best day of eating for me šŸ™„ however, with a poorly toddler, a dodgy tummy myself and a 6 year old off on half term to entertain- it could have been much worse!!

Fast day today… however
Had a work lunch paid for by the company so had my one meal at lunch time today.

L - chicken Caesar salad, asked for the sauce on the side. It was delicious
water and coffee.

Didn’t have much of an appetite today, had to force myself to eat dinner.

B - nothing
L - a few crackers
D - salmon, rice and veg

No snacks, 4l of water, supplements, fizzy water and a can of Pepsi max

B Bagel with bacon, tomato and cheese.

L Boiled eggs and cherry tomatoes.

D Fish fingers, oven chips, sweetcorn and peas. Really fancied it, but hardly ate any of the chips!

S Protein yogurt, banana.

B - black coffee

L - took DDs to McDonald's as last day of our holiday. I had a cheeseburger and some chicken nuggets (600 cals)

D - chicken breast and asparagus

S - peanut butter pretzel bites, a gin and tonic

Back to normality tomorrow!

Eating hasn't been great this week as Easter hols so lots of days out, takeaway etc but here's today...

B...one slice of sourdough with butter and jam

L...tin of minestrone soup

D... chicken fajitas. I just had one wrap filled with chicken, peppers, mushrooms, spinach and a tablespoon each of sour cream and guacamole.

Just about to have my evening decaf tea

I’m feeling much better thank you. The chicken was from Tesco, we had them hot but would be just as nice cold the next day I think!

B A slice of toast. Suppression was very strong this morning and had to force that down!

L Banana and a protein yoghurt.

D Jacket potato with ham, cheese and beans. Ate about half.

S A small bag of popworks sweet and salty snacks.

Just joining y’all šŸ™‚. I’m half way through my journey, more or less. About another 20-25 lbs to go. Just having a bit more accountability and seeing what other people are doing too.

B. 1 toast and marmite
L. 1/2 M&S falafel salad, 1/2 glass of wine
D. M&S baked chicken and mushrooms, roast potatoes, green beans, apple crumble and cream, 1 gl wine.
S. An orange

I really enjoyed my food today, and was quite hungry, but portions were small.

Also, I may have had a piece of dark chocolate and some nuts at some point - but it was yesterday and I can’t remember if I had it then or the day before! Tsk tsk! I used to eat dark chocolate nearly every day but haven’t had it for a long while now.

No snacks, tonnes of water, can of Pepsi max (planning to have a second while watching the football tonight)!

Had a follow up appointment at the hospital today, all dressings and stitches gone, wound is healing nicely, can get back to normal now! šŸ™Œ

L. IKEA child’s portion of sausage, mash and peas (small but actually good quality, I don’t usually like IKEA canteen food ).
