Coffee and one piece of toast with cheese spread for breakfast. Home made sausage roll and small tub of choc chip ice cream for lunch. Dinner is black bean and avocado tacos. Just had Twiglets for a snack. About 1500 calories.

B. 2 poached eggs on 1 toast
S. Chocolate chip biscuit
L. Home made bacon, chicken, salad and mayonnaise roll.
D. Berries and keffir yoghurt and kiwi fruit
S. 3 rice cakes

Although the roll and biscuit were so delicious they were worth it I don’t think I’m going to lose much eating like today. So I’m going to try to consciously taper things down a bit, get some lighter/lower calorie days in .….

B - a latte

L - ham and cheese sandwich

D - a wrap with chickpeas, onions, red pepper and tomato with some aioli and chilli sauce. Felt like I needed some vegetables after lunch!

L Couple of Ryvita with Philadelphia and cucumber.

D Domino’s. I had a Texas BBQ wrap and some of the loaded veg.

D Homemade beef stew with a slice of bread to mop up. Made enough so that tomorrow’s dinner is sorted too.

Week 10, day 1, 7.5mg dose 2

Worst day nutrition-wise yet since starting MJ! Difficult with family staying, out and about for Easter hols with kids etc, going to be a few more tricky situations over the weekend.
B - Greek yog, chia seeds, banana, walnuts, drizzle maple syrup
L - half a bag of mini cheddars, custard cream, fridge raiders while out, then a bacon sandwich mid afternoon
D - fish and chips (barely half a portion of fish and about 10 chips but feeling full and gross now!)
...suppose it's amazing that I used to eat like this (much, much worse than this actually) regularly and felt OK doing it. I've kept within my daily calorie allowance today but definitely haven't enjoyed my lunch and dinner. Having a cup of peppermint tea now!

I seem to have been hungry today, food was on my mind, and I could have eaten more. Felt like I wanted something substantial but couldn’t decide what, so ate as follows instead:

B. 1 slice of marmalade on toast
S. Berries and kefir yoghurt
L. Home made Caesar salad
D. McDonald’s cheeseburger - I was out and normally, since MJ, could wait till I got home but I was suddenly hungry and had to have it (unusual).
S. Half a packet of sweets

Jabbed Thursday morning but weirdly haven’t felt much suppression since. I’ve got a horrible cold and feel rubbish, wondering if there’s a link?! Stayed within my calories and didn’t finish my dinner portion, just feels a bit unusual.

Yesterday:

B - black coffee

L - Pizza express leggera salad/pizza and a glass of elderflower and mint presse.

D - snacky dinner. Bao buns, vegetable spring rolls, crisps. Didn't feel great afterwards!

Today:

B - a latte

L - one sausage, one rasher of bacon, one hash brown, beans, a fried egg and a cup of tea.

D - a wrap with sweet potato falafel, avocado, red cabbage, pickled chillies, aioli and tahini. Was absolutely gorgeous and I wanted a second one but managed to stop myself 🤣.

No snacks. Water, two cups of tea and a peppermint tea.

Just coffee for breakfast, then chicken breast on houmous on wholemeal toast open sandwich, with salad veg on the side. A few Doritos. A Solero. Dinner is sea bass with roasted veg and a couple of Früli beers.

S: 3 Camembert bites with sweet chilli dip, small Lindor salted caramel egg
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, 2 glasses of Prosecco, g&t

Going to be a difficult weekend…

Felt like it had been a terrible day of food until I just wrote it out. Were my snacks and dinner the most nutritious choices? No, but it’s Easter weekend and I’m not feeling well, plus this is nothing compared to past me and I’ve probably stayed within my calories. Sorry for the inner monologue šŸ˜‚

Not a good day for food at all today šŸ¤¦ā€ā™€ļø

B - toast with butter and marmalade
L - toasted hot cross bun with butter and a generous handful of Doritos!
D - chicken shawarma sizzlers with pilau rice, salad and yoghurt dip
S - almost a whole bag of mini Malteaser bunnies šŸ™ˆ

Plenty of water, supplements, 3 cans of Pepsi max. Haven’t totted up my calories yet and not sure I’m going to! Though to be fair, before MJ I’d have eaten a lot more chocolate and more than one hot cross bun on Easter Sunday!
