W11 D 7 5mg

B Bacon, scrambled eggs and tomatoes either wholemeal toast.

L 3 Ryvita with Philadelphia salmon and cucumber.

D Homemade pizza and side salad.

S Protein yoghurt and Pop works sweet and salty.

B: Lemon hot cross bun with raspberry jam and a coffee

L: Chicken soup with pitta bread

D: Roast lamb dinner (ate about half), Victoria sponge cake

Snacks: slice leftover pizza, small bag of mini eggs, some Easter egg chocolate

Drinks: Water, electrolytes, coffee, Diet Coke, 1 gin and tonic

Not the best of food days but not a terrible day considering it’s been filled with treats and lots of time with family! Back to routine tomorrow.

Yesterday

B - nothing

L - roast lamb dinner, cheese and crackers, three glasses of wine

D - nothing, felt ill after the big family meal at BIL's

Today

B - cup of tea

L - sweet potato and coconut soup and a packet of crisps

D - scampi, chips and sweetcorn

S - two squares of chocolate

DDs are back to school tomorrow and we should all be back to normal routine

L - 2 multigrain ryvita, slice of ham, tomato, cucumber, teaspoon of hummus, tablespoon of cottage cheese with pineapple.
D - marinaded chicken breast, sweetcorn and mixed grains.

S - 4 milk tray chocolates.

B: baked oats with protein powder (absolutely disgusting never having that again)

L: Half a slice of high protein cob with butter and smoked salmon, tablespoon coleslaw, olives, peppers, cherry toms and rocket

D: lentil spaghetti bolognese with a sprinkle of cheddar

2 mini eggs my children gave me.

B: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: BBQ - a sausage, peri peri chicken thigh, salad, bean salad, potato salad, slice of baguette
S: small Lindor salted caramel egg, handful of lime and coriander poppadoms, bag of mini eggs
Usual supplements, green tea, 2 litres of water, all the Prosecco!

Today: day 5
L: scrambled egg, feta, asparagus, smoked salmon
D: ginger, honey and soy chicken, rice, long stem broc
S: salted crisps, small Lindt bunny
Usual supplements, green tea, 3 litres of water, cbd drink

Got to say, I felt sick all last night and am not feeling too great after the chocolate today. At least it has all gone now!

B. 2 poached eggs on slice of sourdough

S. 1/2 fruit yoghurt

D. Homemade Caesar salad with chicken, 2 small gl wine, 2 scoops of sorbet, dark chocolate one piece and about 15 roasted nuts.

I don’t think I eat all that much (even before MJ) but the weight loss is slow šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø

Today's been a day of two halves! Wasn't really hungry until about 5pm then suddenly became ravenous! Think I'm week 5 day 5 and am on 2.5mg but going up to 3.75 on Friday

B...half a pouch of mango protein yogurt

L...few slices of ham and half a cup of mushroom soup

D... absolutely starving so had a massive bowl of chilli and rice. When I say massive I mean it was a pre MJ size portion so seems massive now! Then a bowl of rice crispies and a cup of tea, and now I'm trying not to eat crisps!
