My name is kwick and it has been 7 days and 20 minutes since I last bought a beauty product…. but actually was trying to buy some stuff from The Ordinary yesterday and they were out of stock

So exciting strawberry I actually wondered yesterday if I had imagined pre-ordering it and woke to find an email saying it would be delivered soon - so ressuring!

Lovely Korres product in the ASOS advent today - have wanted to try for ages.

@kwick it’s all going well thanks. Well as well as can be expected with a 2 week old. (He’s lovely - and is doing new things all the time - earlier in the week he farted and looked super suprised. Then annoyed because I laughed at him...)

Using up wise, I’ve finished a lemon shower gel, and a mini Molton brown one. Am working through my stretch mark cream and night moisturiser.

Am getting through quite a lot of hand cream though!

I surprise myself when I fart too, ememem 😆

I’ve finished a Lancôme pore controle mask that I’ve had since school - it’s about twelve years too :/ even when it was new I’m not sure it did much. Discontinued now I think.

I have an empty!

• The Body Shop aloe soothing rescue cream mask: not really sure what this does.... do not like the smell either

I have an empty- the 4th of my 13 for Halloween. A balance me face cleanser. It was ok but smelled a bit boring. Replacing with a small cetaphil cleanser. Still got 9 to go before Halloween so need to get a move on!

I have an empty:

• Ecran aftersun spray (non-aerosol): I really like the cream just not in spray form as the bottle gets very slippery.

First advent product I will most likely not use - but is for summer anyway so will store for now.

At last used the end of the HAG Ultra Melt.

Two newly identified targets - No7 blemish control and No7 P&P body cream, both down to the last few applications. Both replaced by better products (TO and N&F respectively)

I liked the Lacuna Caviar mask, def felt like it did something. Sadly I got carried away and have ordered another hyaluronic serum. My TO one is nearly used up though.

outtogetyou I love the caviar mask is it the illumination one? I use a lot of acids and acid masks but this one really brightened my skin.

I've been trying to use up all my minis, realised i have loads. Lots of hotel minis as well as stuff from last years advent calendars.

Almost finished guerlain midnight secret which I've plowed through in the last 6 months since ds2 arrived! Will repurchase its great stuff

Yes, illuminating - I think it's really good value.

I stopped nabbing hotel minis years ago when I realised I don't really like the products and I have a drawer full of them anyway!

Last night I found a hand wash - it was in my Christmas present box, bought the year before last I think as a stocking filler, so I've stuck that in the kitchen to use daily. It's a slow process!

Both hotel freebies picked up during the summer. I've become much more discerning with taking hotel toiletries, I only bother with brands/products I like anyway.

3 left on my Halloween list...only a few uses left in each

kwick don’t give me ideas, I am already eyeing up 2 calendars and hoping a third goes on sale like it did last year. That’s 75 new products I don’t need to add to my pending stash!! Still, will get maybe just the one or two

I've two empties - protect and perfect serum and day moisturising cream. Both staples and will be replaced in time. I've actually just about ran out of serum, which I don't think I've done for years.
