Big paragraphs appearing when I try to reply to threads

I'm using the browser on a Samsung phone and getting a weird thing - if it happens here I'll leave it so you can see what I mean! Big spaces are appearing at the bottom of posts, like when a cat stands on the enter key. And paragraphs are jumping apart

by themselves and the cursor skips around.

It's not happening on any other sites so definitely not my phone - just had to abandon a post entirely as it was "skipping" so much it became completely unresponsive!

This was happening to me last week, it seemed to stop but now it's started again. Samsung Galaxy S20, Android 13, One UI 5.0, Ecosia browser 4.0.2.464. Took me four attempts to post this.

I just came here to have a moan about this - glad it's not just me!

Also getting paragraph jumps (like this one) - it inserts at least 2-3 extra lines between paragraphs and the cursor jumps - I'll be typing and suddenly find I'm typing in the middle of another word in the post.

Deleting also a nightmare - there's some sort of lag so it will keep deleting ages after I've stopped and I'll lose half of what I've painstakingly typed!

It's still happening for me. Seemed slightly better on Xmas day (lower volume of traffic?) it's always the fecking Deliveroo advert at top of my screen when it's jumping and moving the cursor. Not sure if this info is relevant? I don't seem to get any other advert at present.

I also cannot tag other posters, have to scroll down for ages to find the 'post' button and have to try multiple times to add any screenshots.

Just to clarify, the above is on top of the paragraph issue and cursor moving randomly whilst I'm typing.

And yes I'm getting the lag with deleting as well. All in all its pretty unusable for me at present.

Still the same for me. I'm just posting really quickly and hoping for the best now!

That's probably because you tagged people - same happens to me if I tag.

Updating to version 19.0.6.3. Will test with that and see if it helps.

Still happening here, reported earlier in December. Galaxy s21, up to date. Samsung browser. Still annoying.

I'm also going to stop trying to work around it so my posts are going to be filled with giant paragraph gaps.

It's worse than ever now. I try to tag someone and it initially highlights, then my screen goes white, does a big jump and as I scroll back up the tag is no longer bold. If I try to correct it, there's just a big white space and I hace to scroll for ages to try to post. Then when it's posted, it's not tagged the person 🙄

So irritating and making me not want to bother posting. And its actually doing it on this thread now when it didn't previously.

It's been happening to me too, Samsung s21 on opera. Its fine until I try and start a new paragraph and then it goes nuts.

How long are we looking at for an improvement, because this issue is making MN virtually unusable at times.
