The purpose of these threads is to allow survivors of childhood sexual abuse, their partners, friends, or parents, to talk in a safe place about what they think and feel. Nothing is off limits or taboo, just say what you want to say.

Gut feeling is my sisters know and aren't saying anything one texted me last night to ask if I was ok not spoke to her for over a month last time she texted me like that was when he was charged.

Texted other one to ask her if she's heard and getting no reply I have such a bad feeling on this.

It would be very bad of them to keep it from you, although they might be trying to protect you. It's better for you to know though surely. Could you ring one of them?

My mother turned up today and has just laid into me about what a liar I am and how I wasn't abused. She went into detail about all the things she knows, shouting at me and pointing her finger. 'You said he did this to you, you dirty vile little creature' etc etc. She even brought up the times I was raped by someone else (she saw the police statements) and said I lied about that. I'm strong enough to cope with most things but not that. It's bad enough going through it, being called a liar, having everyone turn against me, the police not supporting me, but to have her recall all the details and hurl them at me like that was too much.
Not coping very well now. Just needed to tell people who understand

Local DC's just phoned to check on me court hasn't updated computers yet so no-one knows whats happening she said she's been thinking about me but off for 2 days now and said that even thoiugh its hard to try not to dwell on it.

Feels like hell I'm so tired only just had something to eat probably eaten shit all week felt sick so relented. Just want to know either way.

One of my sisters phoned this morningother one has been doing same as me checking internet to see if anythings on, in all honesty its fruitless cause surely nothing would be published until we knew anything first.

I can't believe how long it's taking dotty, it's terrible.

Just messaged a friend to say I wont make their baby girls christening on Sunday was really hoping to get along to it not seen her dad, brother, sister and their families for so long but I'm to miserable ATM. Will never forget her birth date was Saturday before my interview she was 9 weeks premature.

Heard nothing today so will be Monday now [pissed off].

Took off today drove about 160 miles DS was back yesterday and kicked off this morning so I stormed off in pieces eventusally calmed down with the help of my music, just ordered a box set of 5 CD's of my favourite band from my teen years and a book from play.com.
