well, i have had a right bleedin evening!, went to parentals place - its right out in the middle of bloody no-where, think single track road etc, the house has one of those u shaped drives, dm has abandoned her bloody car right over the u bit, i have to park on the edge of the road and i get out get smack in a dollop of fucking horse shit! my lovley studded black peep-toe shoes had horse shit oozing through the toe bit! - 'oh says df, what silly shoes to buy for living in the countryside' - I DONT LIVE IN THE FUCKING COUNTRYSIDE COS IT STINKS, THERES NO BLOODY STREET LIGHTING AND YOU CANT SEE THE FUCKING HORSE SHIT!! [hangry] so, i tehn had to trolly round sainsburys smelling like i just mucked out a stable!, i have scraped the shoe with a screwdriver (wont dh be pleased! [hgrin]) but it still has a sort of 'glow' [hshock], oh pass me an elderflower cordial! [hgrin]

Grenadine and tonic is my current poison. It is ace. Tastes grown up. Can't get enough of it. If tonic's too bitter, then it's equally delightful with fizzy water, but it has to be this grenadine.

its another lovely day - was meant to go for a run at 0700 - but I am woos cause its cold so instead been working for the last 30 mins.

So ill wait till lunch time for my run .. and have a nice swim and sauna after work to sweat the stress of this week out.

Hi Diabolik I'm going for a tun this afternoon! Something about the Autumn dusk that I love, makes me think of bonfire night and conkers and being about 10yrs old! Don't bloody feel like a 10 year old while running though. But it the best thing in the world for clearing your head.
