Star yay for your DH
Don't worry about DS and any scar, they fade so quickly and don't grow as the child does so soon shrink too. DD had a similar incident with the corner of a wooden stool and was glued at hospital; you can't even see it now. DS once landed nose-first on a 3-pin plug, there was blood everywhere, and you can only still see his scar when his nose is cold. Hope you have a great night out tonight
Crispy your poor DH
he is such a lovely man, it's a bugger when there is a shit atmosphere at work. Hope your birthday celebrations help to put some sparkle back into him
Silky you must live in a massive house to miss your DH all evening
Hope the real ale does the trick tonight [saucy]
salta yay for nice ILs, hope you are all feeling a bit better now. Sorry to hear DH is threatened with redundancy and not v good at interviews (hope that's what you meant,
if not) I am rubbish at interviews and will be reet scuppered if it comes to that at my work...
Am feeling much better at last, apart from swollen sore throat which I am hoping isn't going to turn into tonsillitis. Ibuprofen seems to be good at reducing the swelling for a while so will have one more dose in a minute then try and kill the germs with white wine chilli and garlic once the DC are in bed
Ooh and I drove home in sleet/snow this afternoon and whilst I didn't particularly enjoy it at least that's one more adverse weather condition to cross off the list [proud]
