Bad WFH habits

The past few months I have been napping during my lunch break. Every day for about 45 minutes. Once when I first started napping I overslept so now I set an alarm Blush

Twice a week I get an almond croissant from the coffee shop for breakfast.

I’ve gone from washing my hair 4 times a week to every 10 days.

What bad habits have you picked up?
@InspiredbyMoomins I'm a payroll manager in a sector that's been very hard hit by furlough. I've definitely been working longer hours as the calculations are so complicated but it's been nice to do it from my own home with my cats on my knee!
Hey thanks @cricketmum84. That sounds interesting but complicated. Lucky we have this thread to keep us motivated toskive Ha ha cats, nice! I am now in the pub as I had predicted...

"Coffee* can you direct me to the thread about special supermarket purchases please? I've just discovered frozen gyoza by Itsu and would live to know what else I'm missing!

Not exactly WFH, but online committee meeting. Pre lockdown, in person, these have always dragged on. DH found our latest one, via zoom, more enjoyable.... Due to our cups of 'tea'. Which were topped up a few times over the 2.5 hrs. Beer and wine. And we weren't the only ones.... As we foundvia Tex msg during the meeting.

We had to go and meet our solicitor on Tuesday and I'm ashamed to say that only my leggings fit me now Blush.

I played it down by telling dp he didnt need to change out of his work clothes, because if he wasnt dressed smart then I didnt need to be either Wink

So envious of everyone napping! I'm working harder and longer and kore insanely than ever before. Usually 8 am until 8 pm.

I reckon about 6-7 hours of my day is made up of video teams calls.

Still, I'm very grateful for the work and no commute.

I often manage a run in the morning now and swing into my early team meeting with the camera off.

Recently I've started 'attending' meetings whilst sat in the chicken coop.

All was going well until I was asked a question by my boss and unmuted just as one of the chickens was singing her egg song (a very loud and distinctive clucking that sounds like a Mariah Carey warble!)

Luckily my boss thought it was hilarious and loves chickens 🐔🐔

Snacking. It’s so hard when the biscuit tin is only a few steps away from my desk!

We've just been name-checked on BBC 4! You and Yours are talking about this thread now ( I know this because I am currently cleaning my kitchen cupboards and listening to the radio whilst WFH)
