Yes philosophy also. As I joint degree (with Management Studies). Also did MSc (European Studies) and a bit of a PhD.

First degree in Modern Social History, MA in Sociology and Social Policy. Went to a science university so the first one is a BSc!

an why ghengis khan?
please enlighten us in the ways of ghengis an why i would of studied him in poltics?? an not any other subject ie ancient history or warfare
dont belive politics was his "thing" (or yours!)
or are you one of those people that read somethin belive it to be true an rush in with the "boot" when you can?

For a second I had a panic as I couldn't remeber what my degree was called! At some point in my life which I have nearly forgotten, I got a Bsc in Sociology, Social Policy and Social Work Studies.

Did a 4 year Batchelor of Arts in Education at Exeter (St Lukes) ... don't know if they still do it.
Main degree level subject: History
Education specialist subjects: Humanities (History, Geography, Religious Studies)

Got a 2:2 ... would have got a First if I hadn't spent every spare minute in the pub, in clubs and chasing blurkes ...

Biochemistry with specialist papers in Virology , genetics, clinical biochemistry and biochemical pharmacology in year 4.

I then did 7 years of research in neuropsychology.

Then I did my PGCE
