But at the same time I was going to name change but I don't want to because I want to be able to find this again if I need to in the future and because (on the back of the PND thread even though this isn't PND) I have nothing to be ashamed of.

If any of you recognise me in my previous names please don't out me on this thread.

I am going to ring the doctor and get an emergency appointment and see if they can give me antidepressants or something to help I am crying I can't stop I'm stressed I'm not sleeping and my DP told me last night I am over thinking everything and tying myself in knots and could I please go and do something

So I came home in a strop with him and in tears but he's right.

My ex is a head wreck and very difficult to deal with.

I'm a single parent.

I work part time and go to uni full time.

I am having gynae issues and bleeding out every month for 2 or 3 days to the point where I last an hour before I'm soaked through.

I'm so tired just so so tired and I can't sleep

I have a bad shoulder and it hurts all the time it's the hand/arm I use the most and I have to do tons of typing and sitting at the computer for uni and driving and it hurts and I am swallowing ibuprofen every day and they aren't helping

So I am going to ring the doctor this morning and get an emergency appointment and tell them how bad I feel.

I'm scared. Stupid stupid stupid scared.

She said take one if I felt I needed it and that if it was her she would take it tonight to get a sleep because I looked terrible Blush

I would take it, you'll feel better if you get some more sleep.

The sleeping tablets they use now do not leave you feeling groggy like the old ones used to so you don't need to be worried about them, although it is best not to try for the first time if you have to get up and drive somewhere early in the morning.

AnyFucker · 29/03/2012 20:55

HQ can fuck off Grin

hath, if I were you, I would take one tab tonight and see how you go

I have a lot of pain with my back which grinds me down, so I know how you feel about your shoulder. If they can't operate as yet (which is the case with my back) it might be worth asking for a referal to pain management. I'm waiting to go in June, but am told it's a really helpful thing and they take a holistic approach with physio's, psychologists and pain specialists. I rely heavily on 4 different pain meds and also epilepsy drugs, which make me tired but unable to sleep, so I'm hoping they might rally me a bit!

It's really easy to slip into a vicious circle. I tend to use all my energy looking the part and together in public, at school etc, but when i get home I'm vile. I know I am, but it's really hard work isn't it?

I hope you find the pills help, you should defintley sleep on the diazepam. It's good stuff. Good luck with everything and make sure you right down any issues before you go back to your gp. It's so easy to come out and realise you never mentioned x, y and z!

pantaloons · 30/03/2012 10:25

write not right, brain ache!

NicholasTeakozy · 30/03/2012 10:26

I think half of it is keeping things bottled up, so now you've told somebody and it's out in the open it's like a weight has been lifted off your shoulders.

hathorinareddress · 30/03/2012 10:35

I think you are all right. Grin

I'm going to take one of the sertraline shortly

Oh and I wondered about asking HQ to shift this into mental health so that it doesn't go poof?

Just because it's been so helpful to me and shown that you aren't all a shower of vipers and maybe it might help someone else in the future?

OP posts:
NicholasTeakozy · 30/03/2012 11:13

I think that's not only a great idea but an act of real altruism.

Good luck with the medication. Don't forget, if you get a bit wibbly help is available. :)

hathorinareddress · 30/03/2012 11:34

I've reported my post and asked them. I did say pretty please but I forgot to promise cake Wink or Wine
