Pilates class this morning and went to be beaten up by the osteopath. My hip is easing a bit so maybe T25 is helping.

Swim plus BodyCombat yesterday. Had visitors from that Scotland so had an absolute skinful on Weds evening. BodyCombat was horrendous lol.
Swam today, choppy with a strong current.

Yoga, T25 stretch and skating lesson with DD today.

I sympathise, BezMills: I went to the theatre with two old friends on Thursday night, so had wine with dinner and at the interval and a glass of wine after the play (and therefore a late night!) and didn’t feel exactly in top form on Friday morning. It was a great evening, though.

5 min cool down

Trying to add a 5 min cool down to every ride to extend my exercise time slightly so I can then build back to 45 min rides

I was absolutely shattered yesterday so only walked the dog, despite great intentions otherwise. Early s&c this morning to get me going.

T25 Speed 1.0 - couldn’t face getting out of bed in time to do it this morning and was punished for it, because it was absolutely boiling when I got home from work! I was a fetching shade of beetroot by the end. Really must get up for the rest of this week’s sessions.

roonetta, I really sympathise on the motivation. Mine went completely AWOL last year. At least you’re doing some walking, I was managing a few minutes of yoga at bedtime on a good day.

T25 lower focus done. Tomorrow is cardio so I absolutely have to crawl out of bed and do it or I’ll probably have heatstroke.

Didn't swim yesterday, despite the water being perfect. I'll freely admit I was in a bit of a slump after a big weekend up in Edinburgh with my old uni friends - getting up at 4am to catch the airport bus on Monday didn't help!

Boxercise last night, had two espressos just to perk me up beforehand. We had a good class, missing a few regulars who had a big weekend at the IoW festival. 93

Forgot to post yesterday. T25 cardio and ab intervals now done - that’s week 3 of Alpha finished. Two weeks and I’m supposed to switch to Beta, which frankly scares me. I may do an extra week of Alpha, which would take me neatly to the end of DD’s term.
