All my sympathy, Oubliette. I broke one a few years ago, also moving house (dropped a cast iron drain cover on it). Hope you’re fighting fit again soon.

Shred L3 done. Three more to go. hoping to finish on Thursday and then cruise gently towards my holiday with some yoga and Pilates.

S&c this evening. Lots of squats again. I've reduced the weight on the bar to try to get lower, which I did, but I'm going to hurt tomorrow.

Pilates today, aoutsch! Funny how you get sore in random spots... today it was middle quads (rectus femoris) and shoulders, as well as abs, always abs.

Nil Sunday, 3 mile walk and 1 hour pilates class Monday, 4. 5 mile walk Tuesday, 1 hour pilates class today. I have discovered I have far less pain in my left leg if I walk in trainers instead of walking boots! Fingers crossed, I can slowly up my mileage again. Dog will be pleased.

Yesterday
Swim at lunchtime, was lush. BodyCombat then BodyPump in the evening.

I always take the studio clock down off the wall for my classes, and put it up after. (Anna Sensei doesn't like it the clock, but the gym bosses told her to leave it alone, so now I do it)

Anyhoo last night I didn't put it back up properly, and it fell down and totally smashed! Oooopsy daisy. The gym is insured, the owners are millionaires, idgaf. Didn't mean it!

Today, just a swim, 74

I've had a lazy week - nil yesterday. Forced myself to the pool for a 52 x 25m swim today. On the plus side, it's still more than I was doing pre March. Onwards and upwards.
