Last night was boxercise night. The previous week, I'd given them a 1 minute of punches round as a finisher, and Tony (the same Tony that could hardly breathe in his first class) asked why we hadn't done both sides (I usually get them to do everything half on the right stance and half on the left stance, to keep them balanced etc).
I said we didn't have time but we would do it next week. So this week I gave them a minute rapid after the second round, and then at the end I said 'now we're going to do a minute again, with 30s each side - it's called the Double Tony'.
I really hammered them last night - I went mentul at BC and was so tired afterwards I could barely lift my foot off the floor to cross my legs on Sunday.
I always say to Anna on a Sunday, whatever she puts me through in BodyCombat on a Sunday, I'll pass on to my lot on Monday.
Then I mentioned Sally Up and Terry said 'oh I like that one' - so next week I might get them doing the Sally Up and call it the Terry Torture Track after her.
They never learn, but they must be getting fitter considering what I put them through!
