Ha, I'm not sure it was long or fast enough to be a boss move Bez, but I'm going to make myself do it more so I can get some running in. I really need to. I had a 10k today (the Dublin women's mini marathon, it was fantastic). I originally planned to run it slowly but neither nor my friend had done remotely enough training so we walked it instead. At 22°, I'm glad I wasn't running.

Walked to and from work today and did 1 mile boosted WWL when I got home so will count it. Going to try and fit in 1 extra WWL mile a day. I can always find 15 minutes somewhere in my day. I need to up my game and stop eating crap so I figured even 1 extra mile a day is more than I was doing. However, stopping eating crap is another matter...😐

1 hour pilates class - my efforts have been poor lately, and a very sad family event for my partner, has lead to stress eating. I'm making a plan to get back on track.
Well done on the 10K MotherForkinShirtBalls.
I like your positive attitude roonetta - I'm going to give WWL a go too. I think I'll also try the guy who has guided video walks from cities he visits. Worth a try.

bon courage @Imfreetofeelgood it's hard when life gets in the way. Sometimes you just have to do whatever, to get through it, and then pick up again.

Today had a wee dawnie. I was in the fastest current I think I've been in for a long time. I swam downstream with paddles on, must have been flying!

I took the paddles off, and could barely make any headway on the way back, was swimming my guts out. I have a plan for that, of course. I just swam to shore and walked back to my clothes!

M@roonetta these are the ones I use.

They give you more surface area to push with, and this exaggerates both the good and bad bits of your stroke. I find they really help my technique with the front part of the stroke.

Hahahaha! Brilliant Motherforkin! I did those for the first time in ages when doing the Sydney Cummings workout this week. Forgot how much I hate them. I always feel like I am doing them wrong 😫

I've never seen those paddles before Bez. They look like flip flops for the hands 😄

Got my 1 mile WWL in first thing this morning. Walking to and from work as well today so will count it.
