Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 38th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 37th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 53rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Yay glad you felt baby kick jelly!

jc good luck with your work stuff, hope they can get you off the wards.

Can anyone tell me about bras? I don't have any post baby ones and I should probably do that very soon! Do I ask for nursing bras specifically? Or just non underwired bras? Shops are soooo crap here that I think I will have to figure it out myself rather than ask for advice (last bra measuring I went for they measured me over my clothes in the middle of the shop and unsurprisingly told me completely the wrong size). How do I know what size to buy if boobs are going to grow??

CarrotPuff · 23/09/2015 08:24

pretzel did you drink enough water before scan? It happened to me with DS but it was 12w scan and I didn't drink enough water so she had to press really hard to take all measurements. I was really tender afterwards. Or maybe it's the position/shape of your uterus. I wouldn't worry.

Yay for being home Purple. I think you should postpone treating your DH till after you are fully healed though... It's his job to look after you now, and your job is to recover!

Check you out 5hell doing headstands.

I need to look into preggo exercise. I think there are some aquanatal classes I can go to.

honeysucklejasmine · 23/09/2015 08:25

I haven't felt any movement at all yet. I am 18 weeks and overweight so trying not to worry. Wink

No idea on bras, sore scans or yoga, so feeling a bit useless now!

CarrotPuff · 23/09/2015 08:36

Bat you do need nursing bras that have clip down cup for easy boob access. I can't help you much with sizing, as I went bra shopping when DS was 6 days old... because I just didn't know what size to buy before! I ended up in the same size as I was in pregnancy. This was after my milk came in though and engorgement subsided, so I'm not sure they would have fit me then! But then engorgement only lasts 24-48h.

I would probably buy the same size as you are now and maybe a cup size bigger and keep all labels on, and return the one that doesn't fit after the baby is born?

mountaingirl01 · 23/09/2015 08:37

bat you need nursing ones with little clips so you have easy access boob. I didn't get measured, I never do. Go with instinct, is it comfortable does it pull on you anywhere, is there room for growth? (Ie which clip is it on at the back?) No one can really guess how much your boobs will grow when milk comes in, so I suggest getting 2now and then re-evaluating later! Mine haven't really changed since end of pregnancy and buying bras once M was here was a mission!

mountaingirl01 · 23/09/2015 08:38

Has anyone heard from would?

jellypi3 · 23/09/2015 10:31

Not on here mountain. Hope she's ok.

purplewhale · 23/09/2015 10:46

I'm a fan of my bravado nursing bras. They are very stretchy so coped with engorgement. I bought an xl which fit my 46Fs. They weren't that expensive either.

DH is driving today. A slow crawl through the village last night was ok but we're off to see mil 25 miles away so I'm sat in the back with B

batfish · 23/09/2015 10:54

Thanks for the bra advice! Will have a look today Smile

oh no I was getting would mixed up with looking on FB. I now realise she hasn't reported back after her MW appt.
I hope it's just because MN has been a pain, not for any other reason.

ThursdayLastWeek · 23/09/2015 11:12

I need to find maternity tights on a limited high street later - does anyone have any recommendations?

5hell · 23/09/2015 11:29

hope this doesn't come across too stalkerish...but I'm friends with would on fb (i think; she added me to the grads that way) and although she didn't put anything about scan on fb, her statuses were generally positive and about enjoying a chinese (after the MW) so hopefully just a MN issue
oh god i sound like such a stalker!!!

Yeah I'm pretty sure she's fine. Will message her now.

honeysucklejasmine · 23/09/2015 13:56

From Would

I can't ruddy get on to update!

Basically the cowbag had a spangly new doppler when I turned up as hers had been "playing up". She found it straight away so no scan needed

jellypi3 · 23/09/2015 17:49

Oh great news. Glad she's ok. Now fill this God damn Fred.

ThursdayLastWeek · 23/09/2015 19:42

ThursdayLastWeek · 23/09/2015 19:48

I think I can feel my baby moving in my tum, it could be the muscles tightening though, it's tricky to tell so early isn't it?

ThursdayLastWeek · 23/09/2015 19:49

Still not fill

ThursdayLastWeek · 23/09/2015 19:49
