Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 38th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 37th grads fred is here

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 53rd outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Hope you get to go home soon Ga. I would have thought they would be keen to discharge you asap as it's not your first. I was v lucky that I avoided post natal ward with DS. Sorry to hear about the tooth, but it looks like all happened very quickly. Enjoy miniGa Flowers

gaggiagirl · 22/09/2015 15:10

Me and DP and my lazy boy are on our way home! Woop! Gonna get showered and changed and feed the boy.

fruitlovingmonkey · 22/09/2015 15:26

Congratulations Ga!

jellypi3 · 22/09/2015 16:35

Yay for mat leave bat!

Yes please jelly!

How did it go cake?

How great to be going home with your little one ga :)

Rant alert: Pain in pregnancy class was total bollocks. After waiting for weeks it was pretty much the same as the prep for childbirth physio class I already went to and TOLD THEM I went to when I phoned up with my referral and got fobbed off with this class. Now fed up and in pain from sitting in a useless class for an hour and a half. Angry dp is pushing me to phone again and demand a one to one session but I just don't have the energy at the moment. I'll see how I feel about it tomorrow.

For anyone not in the fb group, mini pretzel is a girl and all looks good on 20 wk scan. Still thrilled. See freaky 3d scan pic attached of her yoga pose.

The handknit socks I made DP got felted in the wash and now I'm crying. They've always been fine before when I've washed them, I don't understand it.

pretzelpieces · 22/09/2015 17:39

(They're completely ruined.)

jellypi3 · 22/09/2015 18:08

Oh no pret :( rip socks.

I'm so tired today. We need to get chatting and I'll do the new Fred tonight

CarrotPuff · 22/09/2015 18:29

Pretzel sorry they were so useless. I hope you get taken seriously soon. I too have pain in my lower back/pelvis/left hip that almost got me tumbling down the stairs today when my left leg decided to give in Confused

ga yay for going home!

Felt some very definite baby movements today, yay!

pretzelpieces · 22/09/2015 19:00

Oh no carrot, be careful. Lovely news about movement.

purplewhale · 22/09/2015 20:17

We came home today too. I'm still leaky but have antibiotics and dressings. I didn't need asking twice!
We took B to the pub for tea, he had milk Smile
I'm on metronidazole so I can't drink but I did drive us home half a mile so DH could have a pint.
I felt fine and it was the least I could do for the poor bloke. All he does is look after us and run around for us.

ThursdayLastWeek · 22/09/2015 20:44

Hmm purple I'm not sure I approve of you driving with a leaky section scar...things like that are what stops it healing.

Hope you enjoyed your tea though Smile

pretzelpieces · 22/09/2015 20:54

Sorry for spamming the thread a bit this eve, but I'm really sore after the scan - she pressed super hard (at one point I went OOF! Cause it was so hard!). Is that normal?

oneyorkshirepud · 22/09/2015 21:17

I have heard of people being sore after scans before Pretzel, but keep an eye on it.

I have an appointment with the obstetric physio in 2 weeks Pretzel and I think it is a 1to1 session. I booked a private physio for a week earlier though as I can't wait that long! I agree with your DP, call back and get a proper appointment.

Viroids, I feel weird tonight. A bit like I'm drunk (I haven't been drinking I promise!). Just a bit dizzy and off-kilter. Think my BP might be low. I have mw on Thursday so will mention it to her then. 13 hour day at work tomorrow though. Urgh.

ThursdayLastWeek · 22/09/2015 21:18

pretzel my baby got jiggled to fuck by the sonographer wobbling my belly around and I was a bit tender after. Normal in my experience.

ThursdayLastWeek · 22/09/2015 21:20

Oh pud that doesn't sound fun, I hope you feel better soon Thanks

purplewhale · 22/09/2015 21:35

Yeah I wouldn't have driven far, just wanted to do something nice for DH

I felt quite bruised after scans at times, I felt it was because I'm overweight so they pushed harder to get the image

jellypi3 · 22/09/2015 21:40

Hope you are OK purple. Glad you are home.

Feel a bit on edge tonight. Ive enjoyed a week or so of good movement from baby and today nothing. Still to early to be regular but miss my kicks!

purplewhale · 22/09/2015 21:56

Thanks Jelly. Try a cold drink and lie down on your left side

oneyorkshirepud · 22/09/2015 21:58

Jelly I'm 27 weeks and still awaiting this elusive 'regular pattern'! Some days baby doesn't stop and some days it is really quiet. Which freaks me out!

5hell · 22/09/2015 22:25

inspired by ickle-pretz I went back to yoga tonight...have really missed it and although I didn't do quite the same as everyone else, I did manage a few headstands :)
My lovely yoga teacher was very protective and worried about me, bless him but wouldn't let me do final relaxation on my back...pretty sure it's too early to worry about that yet! Final relaxation on my side was not the same.

yay for home-comings purple and ga !!

pretzelpieces · 22/09/2015 23:02

Ah thanks pud, Thursday, purple, maybe she had to just dig in to see baby past my awkwardly placed placenta!

pud good luck with physio and I hope the light-headedness eases. I can't stand still for longer than 5 minutes because of low blood pressure. If I move around it's okay (as long as I'm not standing or sitting suddenly).

5hell but she was okay with you standing on your head??

Might try to get to fit bumps in the morning. i know I'll stay in bed instead. Also maternity swimming costume arrived (it was a tenner in the 70% off sale at sports direct!) so I have vague plans to do more than walking. Very vague.

ThursdayLastWeek · 23/09/2015 07:18

Morning all - quiet round these parts!

Today Ds is spending the afternoon my my parents while I get my haircut yay!
Playgroup first though.

Hope nobody is feeling too unwell this morning

Jcandy · 23/09/2015 07:50

Morning Thursday Smile

I woke up an hour earlier than I needed to today which is disappointing! Hopefully off to see the GP today (if I can get an appointment ) to get them to sign to say they are happy for me to do office work and my clinical managers are saying they don't think I'm well enough to be in work and want me to have an appointment with occupational health before I come back. Knowing the usual system this could take weeks! I've only got 7 weeks left at work.

jellypi3 · 23/09/2015 08:04

Right new fred is HERE!!!!!!!

But remember to fill this fred first. And felt baby kick slightly in the middle of the night so assume she's just moved.
