I think the fact he's Irish and has a huge line in sarky comebacks definitely helps.

Steve is a perfectly presentable nice looking bloke. But he's not obvious eye candy. He could be the IT bloke at work, or the estate agent showing you around a house.

I feel his catchphrases are a bit forced now, he also doesn't seem to do much except take credit for the others' work? Although that's management I guess . Kate is probably my favourite, her hair and style is always on point as well.

Kate is the best. She's really brave I think going undercover. Must be stressful.
