To wear knickers to bed?

I always feel exposed if I don’t, but dh says that I’m insulating myself from the world and also that it’s more hygienic. Thoughts? I assumed most people wear knickers to bed...

Surely it's just down to what you prefer? Also I'd have thought that the duvet was doing more insulating than your knickers - what does he think the world is going to be trying to do whilst you're asleep?

I do and my DM thinks it's weird. I feel "dirty" with my fanjo in contact with my pyjama bottoms / exposed to the wind!

I never used to wear anything in bed but as I've got older I feel the cold more and unless it's very hot I wear pyjamas and always wear knickers under them.

If I didn't I'd have to change my pyjamas every night rather than wearing them a few times.

A million years ago, when I was a young man, a girlfriend of mine said that "she felt silly" when she went to bed (on her own) naked. She needed to wear knickers (panties).
I still do not know why.

I find it I don't let things "air out" down there overnight I get thrush more often. I feel cleaner not wearing them.

I guess it depends on how much discharge you have though, I have fairly little.

I have never worn pants in bed. Both my DDs do. They are in their 20s. I am in my 50s maybe it is an age thing?
