To think I actually do need to lose more weight? (Photo)

Sick of being told that I don’t need to lose anymore weight. I’ve lost a considerable amount so it does get commented on without me ever bringing it up.

Disclaimer (I know I’m not huge, but I was obese last year and I think it’ll stay with me forever and I’ll always feel big. I also didn’t leave the house showing my stomach)

Idk but you have a great figure

Mymouthgetsmeintrouble · 06/05/2018 22:19

I think you have a lovely shape but just do what makes you happy aslong as you are a healthy weight and dont go underweight and that youre eating properly i dont see any issue

Namethecat · 06/05/2018 22:19

How old are you?
Have you had children? How many / last pregnancy?

gamerchick · 06/05/2018 22:20

That’s a lovely midriff OP Grin

Hard to say from that photo, you look like you’re in proportion. Well done on the weight loss.

LittleSunnyflower · 06/05/2018 22:20

You absolutely do not need to lose any more: whether you want to is a different story Smile

Rainydaydog · 06/05/2018 22:21

I'd say you don't need to as you look fine, but if you wanted to lose a bit more you wouldn't be underweight or anything.

Topsyntimsmumdrivesmetogin · 06/05/2018 22:21

No not really if you want to tone up yes but you reAlly don't need to lose much weight.

troodiedoo · 06/05/2018 22:21

I love your jeans where are they from?

Soundsgood · 06/05/2018 22:22

I would honestly say you look absolutely fine.

KimKatCourtney · 06/05/2018 22:22

No you look good - is your BMI in the healthy zone? Health wise you look in good proportion and not carrying weight around your middle

ScaredPAD · 06/05/2018 22:22

Yoiu look amazing! I think sometimes disordered eating can switch from overeating to under and/or still having body image issues.

Ps how did you get from obese to this? You've done amazing.

lilcolibri · 06/05/2018 22:23

Do what you want to... you look fine.

But since you've lost all that weight, I imagine you want 'perfect weight' not 'fine'.

I mean this nicely but can't seem to word it better...

RoderickRules · 06/05/2018 22:23

Are you after healthy or athletic?
Very nice looking healthy body

fascinated · 06/05/2018 22:23

For real???

lhastingsmua · 06/05/2018 22:25

I don’t think you need to lose weight - it’s just that you’ve reached the point where it’s better to go to the gym and tone up and build muscle/abs rather than diet if you’re still looking to improve

Quartz2208 · 06/05/2018 22:26

Nope you d9nt but I think you still see the old you

Some toning through exercise might help

maymai · 06/05/2018 22:26

Yes totally

GummyGoddess · 06/05/2018 22:27

You don't need to, but if a bit more would make you happy without being underweight then that's your business only.

Reluctant2ndtimer · 06/05/2018 22:28

You look great to me OP. I think so many people are overweight these days though that we have lost sight of what ‘ideal/healthy’ weight is, compared to average weight. You could maybe lose a few more pounds to be your ideal body weight but really you look just right. Bloody amazing to get to that slim from being obese last year.

tenbob · 06/05/2018 22:28

Need or want?
You probably don't need to from a purely medical perspective but if you want to from an aesthetic or comfort perspective, knock
Yourself out
You're not dangerously thin but also not overweight

LemonysSnicket · 06/05/2018 22:28

You’re lovely and slim but if you want to lose some more weight then I don’t think it would make you unwell/ dangerously underweight. It’s like saying to any healthy person that they can’t lose weight even if it would still mean they were in the healthy category.

I often find people say this kind of thing to hinder women losing weight. Whether it’s jealousy, just not being used to a thinner you or fear of no longer being the ‘thin friend’ I couldn’t tel you Angry

Bluntness100 · 06/05/2018 22:29

What size and height are you op? Photos are quite hard to judge without context.

I think you're a pear shape, right?

thisparachuteisanapsack · 06/05/2018 22:32

You dont need to but if you want to then that’s different.

Isadora666 · 06/05/2018 22:34

You need to tone up.
