Sick of being told that I don’t need to lose anymore weight. I’ve lost a considerable amount so it does get commented on without me ever bringing it up.

Disclaimer (I know I’m not huge, but I was obese last year and I think it’ll stay with me forever and I’ll always feel big. I also didn’t leave the house showing my stomach)

What's your problem blueriviera ? You seem to object to people continuing a discussion on a currently active thread. Might I suggest that you make use of the hide thread option as it's clearly causing you distress for some reason.

Bluntness not living up to your name for once...

ErictheGuineaPig · 08/05/2018 18:04

She doesn't look remotely heavy or close to 12 stone 5 to me. People aren't lying or avoiding 'being real', this is AIBU for goodness sake! It's clearly subjective. I weigh less than 12 stone 5, work out loads, and have an actual flabby tummy because I'm overweight and no amount of exercise can make up for that.

GorgonLondon · 08/05/2018 18:07

Eric to be clear this is not the op we're discussing but another poster who put her pic up within the thread. And who looks exactly as heavy as she says she is imo.

Baffling that agreeing that someone looks the weight they actually are is apparently an insult now.

I forgot that the correct response is "OMG babe no way I would never believe it!!!"

"I think OP is 9st 11 lb not 11st 9 lb but doesn’t want to own up to a typo."

Grin

Would make a lot of sense. But we've seen how differently people carry weight.

@jmscp2015 literally have no idea how you can be 12st 6 in that pic. You're my height, and you look about a size 10. I've only ever been that heavy while pregnant and I was a size 18 immediately post birthConfusedcurrently going the same way

@Notthatwomanagain that's such a big difference from my experience! I'm pear shaped with quite a lot of muscle mass though. I've been smaller at 58kg while weight training than at 56kg without weight training.

jmscp2015 · 09/05/2018 13:03

Thanks to those who have been kind. I wasn't fishing for compliments. Just trying to show how subjective it can be. I didn't have a washboard stomach by any stretch but I was slim. But that's what I weighed.

I've always weighed a lot. My mum used to say it's because I've got a massive heavy head like my dad... Grin

Why can't you be more toned? You don't have excess body fat to lose and muscle to build? Hmm Oh okay OP.

GirlsBlouse17 · 10/05/2018 21:13

You don't need to lose weight. You have a lovely figure!

Isadora666 · 10/05/2018 21:14

Try looking up Pink. She isn't light, and is shorter than you, but she is incredibly toned, lots of muscle and little body fat.
