So, two years on are you still smug about the same things? Have your good eaters turned fussy? Are your home-ground spices still beautifully arranged in jars? Have your children still never had a filling?

Everyone says that being smug is a magnet for karma to come and bite you on the arse, but has it?

It's funny looking at all the names from 2 years ago and seeing who is still around lots and who has either namechanged or left.

I was not in the original thread, but I am very smug about many things, and have been for years. Still, life keeps treating me very well. At least I'm trying to be thankful for it.

Last time I was smug because I had made cake for a friend who had just had a baby. Another friend has had a baby this year and I haven't actually seen the baby even though it is nearly 4 months old.

i have moved to the most beautiful place on earth
i live in the most beautiful house ever
i have a great new job with a fit fit boss
i have meet the most wonderful friends on here (you know who you are) and will be meeting them again soon too get pissed
