So, two years on are you still smug about the same things? Have your good eaters turned fussy? Are your home-ground spices still beautifully arranged in jars? Have your children still never had a filling?

Everyone says that being smug is a magnet for karma to come and bite you on the arse, but has it?

I actually think alot of people on here are smug ......probably cos you have all been on here for a trillion years you only post to each other and all jump to each others defense even when your talking shit.....

Not every one of course.....

I am smug about my ability to correctly use the words "your" and "you're", which are not interchangeable.

I'm smug about the fact I can spell defence.

I am smug that I know that there is a space between the a and the l of 'alot' and there is not a space between every and one.

defence/se is not wrong so much as an alternative American spelling. And I am smug about not being a snob when it comes to alternative spellings.

Advice/advise, on the other hand, mean two different things.

I don't accept American spellings. So to me, she is wrong.

I suggest you all go to netmums...you would fit in there really well....
