So, January is done and dusted - Praise the Lord. Following on from our last thread ( which was initially designed to help us moderate, but for some has - maybe - led to abstaining, thanks to how great they're feeling ), a new thread has been created.

Evening All,

The usual fun chat and lightheartedness on this chat today, I love it!

I've had a nice AF day out with a friend, being on call for work really helped as it just wasn't an option to drink. I had a lovely walk by the river this morning, and took the chance for some reflection and putting things in perspective.

@Amdone123 I really feel your frustration with the hangover stuff, I was horribly hungover last weekend and the one before, it wasted my weekend and I felt so bad. Its spurred me on this week and I hope this will be the same for you, sounds like you have a good plan lined up. @Determineddoris @texy Keep going with your AF streaks, I know how good this feels, 3 or 4 days is a huge achievement especially if your like me and can easy drink everyday if you let yourself loose!
